Hands down, the best home hunting experience my husband and I have had. From day 1, Ayman listened to what we wanted, took us on tours to get a feel of the city, helped us narrow down our choices, was honest about pros and cons of each home. Extremely reliable and professional and even went out of his way to meet our time constraints when visiting the city. So many years under his belt, he knows Jax city inside out and is very well connected to the Sellers market and builders. Extremely grateful for this man for his time, knowledge, dedication, professionalism and passion for his work.

Ayman will work hand-in-hand with you, will not push you into a bad purchase, will have your back every step of the way. His punctuality and responsibility are outstanding. He'll keep his word, make himself available for you and you will not feel alone during the process of buying a house. For me it was a first time home buyer in one of the most complex markets - specially in FL and more so in Jax area. 100% would recommend.

My wife and I can’t say enough about how amazing Ayman was in our search for our new home. He was introduced to us from a physician colleague as a life-changing person and we couldn’t agree more. We felt as if we had signed up for the concierge service and that we were his most important clients the whole time. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with AMK while searching for our first home. Ayman and Niven were more than we could have asked for in a realtor. Immediately got back to us when we initially contacted him and had 3 tours scheduled within a few hours. We found the perfect home 2 weeks into the search and Ayman helped us along the whole process. They were great at being open and honest with us about what they thought about the home/neighborhood/area. Always available through email/text and would respond extremely quickly no matter the time or day. We would use AMK 100/100 times when purchasing and plan on using AMK whenever we plan to sell. Besides being extremely professional, Ayman is very personable and its obvious his main concern is to find a home you love in your budget.

If I was able to put a six star rating, I would have in a heartbeat. For Ayman is a highly professional realtor with great integrity. He helped my wife and I to buy our first home, sell it and buy our current lovely home.
He is very smart in figuring out what we were looking for and always pointed out the pros and cons of a home. His efficacy and communication skills are outstanding.
He sold our first home 2 weeks ago in less than 24 hrs and closed in 2 weeks!!
