Went there last Sunday and had a great experience!
Unlike other stores the staff were attentive, patient, and are willing to help me find the perfect tops my size!
It was my first time visiting this store and Ashley went out of her way to make sure I leave with the outfits that are perfect for me!
Big shout out to her for answering all of my questions!
Come to this store for quality clothes with great deals and welcoming staff!
Will definitely visit again!

I stopped in Ann Taylor at the Town Center today because I needed a new outfit for a work function. I was overwhelmed and the 2 women helping me were just amazing. They pulled a few options including shoes for me, put me in the dressing room and had me model each one. They were great to work with and made it fun. I got the perfect fit. Thank you Maria and Tracy!!!! I will be back.

Really horrible experience with one of the associates here. I walked in wearing jeans and a cute shirt (casual, but still sleek looking and well groomed). I walked around for at least 10 minutes without an associate coming up. I was in petite and finally a woman walked up saying I “looked like I needed help” in a demeaning tone. I said I was hoping for an associate to start a fitting room for me and asked why she would say that in a demeaning way. She said because sometimes you “can tell when someone needs help” and “when it’s someone’s first time.” I asked what she meant by that. She proceeded to go on making repeated rude comments about my age/ appearance, for example “aww is this your first time shopping for work clothes.” For reference I’m 26 years old and no this was not my first time. I calmly informed her or my age and that I didn’t appreciate her patronizing me. She snickered a few times and asked if “I hated being talked to like that” then said she “would’ve never guessed that I’m 26 and looked barely 18.” I was very offended, but proceeded to ask her for help looking for a new nice suit for an interview. She then asked about my size and I asked if their sizing was true to size and provided my waist (26) & hip (36) measurements to ask what she thought was best. She laughed and proceeded to continue to patronize me with comments like “these are true woman sizes it’s not like it’s forever 21.” I have never felt so uncomfortable, but I really needed a new suit so I continued on. She then proceeded to question why I was shopping in petites, while I’m only 5’2”. I told her it was due to my height and then she made a comment which implied I was too heavy for petites “petites is not just do to height it’s for smaller people.” I was really shocked by this as I’m pretty athletic and have a good figure. Despite this, I still let her pull two things for me. She ended up pulling a size 8 &10 pant for me which was extremely large for my body. I tried to suggest a smaller size but she responded, “I think you really look like an 8 or maybe even 10.” She also commented, “let’s just try these on first and if you’re right I will pull a smaller size.” She never came back to my dressing room to ask how sizing was even though she said she would. I stood outside of the dressing room area a while (maybe 10-15 min) looking for someone to help. Finally I went up to a kinder woman who pulled some stunning pieces for me. Thank God for her help and not treating me poorly like the other associate. It ended up working out well and I bought quite a few outfits that she pulled for me (I was previously in healthcare and only had scrubs/ older pieces so I wanted some updated quality staple pieces). Needless to say I ended up with some nice clothes, but I’ll never be shopping in this store again due to the principle of how the first SA treated me. I’m glad the rude SA missed out on a good commission. As they said in pretty woman, “you work on commission right? Big mistake.” It really reminded me of that scene LOL

I was shopping here one evening and Maria treated me as if I should not be shopping here her questions were offensive and unprofessional for this environment I will not recommend or shop here again

Horrible experience! As a petite, I bought my first work suit here half year ago. They have decent work suit for petites. That was a good experience. So, this time I went straight Ann Taylor for another suit. I tried 2 suits. They don’t fit me that well. I was just thinking about getting it and Taylor it or not. The lady who served me has no patience at all. Once she saw me hesitated about the suits. She was keeping pushing and rushing me to buy them. When I said to her I wanna try the pant with a size up. She brought me back a totally different pant and insisted that they are the same ( she has both pants in her hand) so I pointed it out. And she finally admitted they are not the same but without any sorry at all. The opposite , once I got out the fitting room, she just “ kick me out” by saying “ I will handle this “ and going straight to the fitting room. Showing she doesn’t want to serve me any more. I was shocked by her arrogance and attitude. I understand that I am a little bit younger than their typical customers, and the lady doesn’t want to waste any time on me once she saw my hesitation and judge if I can afford it. She did not even try to hide her arrogance and rude attitude!!! I’m so disappointed. I went to J Crew after that, they are friendly and nice, very patient ,and I got my suit there.

Horrible experience. I brought my 76 year old mother to buy her a New Years Eve outfit for an event she had. We were both so excited as we walked in, however I had bags from another store in my hand, and one of the associates came over and looked directly in my bag TWICE to see if I had stolen anything, even though we were the only two customers in the entire store. She didn't even try to hide it. So rude and so disrespectful. My mom was so disheartened that we left without her special outfit. I will NOT be returning to this location. Ever.

As someone who loves Ann Taylor and shops here for all of my work clothes as it is the only brand that properly fits me (XXS or 000) it physically pains me coming into the store. Every single time I have come into this location the workers never greet me, help me, or even look in my direction. I am only helped when I actively seek out help, which is typically just to get a dressing room. I would avoid this store like the plague if it wasn't for the fact it is the only store that fits me. Workers are extremely rude and whoever is managing their staff needs to get the staff's arrogance in check. I understand I am younger than their typical clientele but that does not take away from the fact that the workers are outright rude. If you can fit clothes at other nice stores bring your business there. Horrible, horrible staff.

After a bad experience last year where I was ignored, neither greeted nor offered assistance with a waiting room while others coming after me who were not people of color, I swore off this store. That was especially difficult because it's a great source of work clothes. I was in need of a new suit and hesitantly tried it again. What a difference a year makes! People of color worked there and many people were kind and helpful. I was able to find a great suit that fit well, which is a challenge. I'm glad this recent experience went so much better.

Came in to shop for uniforms with my coworkers and was helped out by Sam who made our visit amazing! Sam went above and beyond to make sure we received excellent customer service! We had never shopped there before but we will be returning thanks to her!
