“The store owners were so kind and welcoming. This vintage shop had so much to offer and I found a lot of beautiful antique trinkets for my trinket shelf at home. They have all types of aesthetics and styles which means there’s definitely something that everyone can find and enjoy. I can’t wait to come back.”
“Family owned business. I've known them over 20 years . Quality work at a fair price.I recently was there , used Google maps to find best route and directions were incorrect which I did report.”
“They have an impressive selection of bird baths, I’m excited to return just for those and all the nice outdoor items (statues, fountains, stepping stones, tables and benches, etc.) they have. It’s huge, with everything from bins and bins of drawer pulls and knobs, to doors, windows, sinks, knick knacks, etc. Records, clothing, lots of live edge wood and other lumber pieces, chandeliers and other light fixtures, a woodworking shop that does custom pieces, lots of other unique vintage items. Everyone working there was helpful and friendly. Prices were reasonable, a lot of the items I was interested in were actually lower in price than what I’d guessed before looking at the tag. They have restrooms and parking right when you pull in, and additional parking towards the back.”
“Wow, I could spend hours here. Amazing amount of space filled with beautiful treasures. Next time I will plan to come for lunch and dessert because the cafe looked amazing too.”
“I really love this eclectic, antique mall! Every time I go I find some new trinket, whether it is a pretty brooch, a nice bangle, or gorgeous earrings. They have all kinds of neat, knickknacks all throughout the store. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Which makes the entire experience very pleasurable. The prices are also reasonable. This place does not disappoint.”

“I had been looking for some of Avons Skin So Soft, we live on our ⛵️. Reaching out to several Avon reps and leaving several messages, I got no return calls. I found Sharon on my google search, I called and she answered? she had the skin so soft in stock and was able to ship it out. She was helpful, friendly, efficient and followed up with tracking and to see if the package had arrived (it did). Sharon is a great Avon representative.”
“I love this store! The staff is knowledgeable and happy to assist. I’ve bought quite a lot of my decor from here. There’s alway a great find around the corner!”
“We had a fantastic experience with Kellys Refinishing! From the beginning, they were incredibly understanding of our vision for the furniture and worked closely with us to ensure it was brought to life. They were friendly and accommodating, making the whole process enjoyable. What impressed me the most was their flexibility with changes; they were willing to adjust and refine the project as needed to meet our expectations. The end result exceeded our expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the custom job they did on our dining hutch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and exceptional service!”
“First time visiting 'Marketplace Consignments'. Nice and upscale consignment furniture in nearly new condition. By far one of the nicer furniture consignment stores I've visited. Excellent place to shop for unique furnishings. Floor plan well put together. Well worth visiting. They had an excellent selection nice furniture, etc. Friendly staff. Good store hours. Will return..”
“Loved this piece of old Florida reimagend. Winifred at Over the Moon was friendly and knowledgeable about the pieces in her cottages. Will definitely stop by next time we are in the area.”
“Awesome place to visit with your family especially if you have a little kid! Jason was super nice and took time to show and educate our kid and us on all the cool old antiques! Highly recommend going and checking it out!”

“I took my 80 year old father in law to Uncle Davey's and I cannot say enough good things about this place. It really made dad's day. The history inside this building is amazing and the quality surpasses most museums I have ever seen. I cannot wait to go back again.”
“My #2 choice of recommended stores in Jax. I live at the beach, and when i’m able to come out here I am always a shopper. I love that I leave with something unique every time! The most reasonably priced as well. All antique shops should take note from this spot. ♡ Best for knick knacks, jewelry, and random clothing options. here’s some random things i found today. Came with $100 to spend and I left with bags of goods for $60.”
“James was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable in the art work they have on display. The history within this building is astonishing. Will be back soon can’t wait to tell everyone I know about this awesome gem.”
“While I havent been there in a long time, I still have many pieces I have purchased from Grandma's Things. Where else can you get them repaired too. Highly recommend!”
“Outstanding hidden gem in Avondale neighborhood in Jacksonville! Owner Garrett, is knowledgeable and the prices are fair. He has a wide ranging understanding of antiques which makes his estate sales great as well! He has helped me identify items and answer the many questions that come along with the items. If he doesn’t have it, he usually knows who collects it, where it can be found and who may want/buy it. This is a must-see stop when in Shoppes of Avondale! **Parking is an issue, but I park a few blocks away and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood on my walk to the shop.”
“What a precious place. If you're a Lampe Berger fan like I am, bring snacks because you'll be here a while! Prices and organization of oil stock can't be beat. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit searching for a special gift. Ended up stocking up on my own oils as well. Looking forward to the next time!”
“Jerry Lee & Debby we’re great. Got an awesome Amish Jelly Cabinet at a great price. So much cool stuff in there, I can’t wait to come back when I have more time. Thanks so much.”
“Great variety and decent prices - several stalls even had sales when we went. One of the stall owners even gifted my friend’s baby with a small toy car he found in her stall while she was there (so sweet of her!)
Felt like I was in a never ending maze of antiques and knick knacks - definitely one of the better antique malls I’ve been to the area for sure ??”

“My first trip here and was very impressed with the mall, everything was so clean and organized, everything priced, very helpful customer service AND I can grab a can of DIY paint, brushes, molds and other products for furniture makeovers...such a fun shop, I will definitely be back, the chair I purchased was perfect for my home...I too am an antique dealer and totally appreciate their efforts...thanks again kids and for the help loading...!”
“Found everything I needed in one spot, a few of the vendors were willing to negotiate. Some of the food places were closed on a Sat though, kettle corn spot. Ice cream spot....overall they had a great assortment of vendors and all were friendly and knowledgeable. And the location was clean and orderly.”
