“The store owners were so kind and welcoming. This vintage shop had so much to offer and I found a lot of beautiful antique trinkets for my trinket shelf at home. They have all types of aesthetics and styles which means there’s definitely something that everyone can find and enjoy. I can’t wait to come back.”

“They have an impressive selection of bird baths, I’m excited to return just for those and all the nice outdoor items (statues, fountains, stepping stones, tables and benches, etc.) they have. It’s huge, with everything from bins and bins of drawer pulls and knobs, to doors, windows, sinks, knick knacks, etc. Records, clothing, lots of live edge wood and other lumber pieces, chandeliers and other light fixtures, a woodworking shop that does custom pieces, lots of other unique vintage items. Everyone working there was helpful and friendly. Prices were reasonable, a lot of the items I was interested in were actually lower in price than what I’d guessed before looking at the tag. They have restrooms and parking right when you pull in, and additional parking towards the back.”

“I really love this eclectic, antique mall! Every time I go I find some new trinket, whether it is a pretty brooch, a nice bangle, or gorgeous earrings. They have all kinds of neat, knickknacks all throughout the store. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Which makes the entire experience very pleasurable. The prices are also reasonable. This place does not disappoint.”

I found Sharon on my google search, I called and she answered? she had the skin so soft in stock and was able to ship it out. She was helpful, friendly, efficient and followed up with tracking and to see if the package had arrived (it did). Sharon is a great Avon representative.”

The most reasonably priced as well. All antique shops should take note from this spot. ♡ Best for knick knacks, jewelry, and random clothing options. here’s some random things i found today. Came with $100 to spend and I left with bags of goods for $60.”

“Outstanding hidden gem in Avondale neighborhood in Jacksonville! Owner Garrett, is knowledgeable and the prices are fair. He has a wide ranging understanding of antiques which makes his estate sales great as well! He has helped me identify items and answer the many questions that come along with the items. If he doesn’t have it, he usually knows who collects it, where it can be found and who may want/buy it. This is a must-see stop when in Shoppes of Avondale! **Parking is an issue, but I park a few blocks away and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood on my walk to the shop.”

“Found everything I needed in one spot, a few of the vendors were willing to negotiate. Some of the food places were closed on a Sat though, kettle corn spot. Ice cream spot....overall they had a great assortment of vendors and all were friendly and knowledgeable. And the location was clean and orderly.”

“I go to thrift stores wherever I visit and I've got to say this one rates at the top. I loved the mix of vintage and re-purposed items and it had the best book section especially if you like old classic hardbacks books. I'll definitely be back!! Would highly recommend it”
