We ordered 2 chicken biryani, 1 mixed grill platter, chana chaat and gajar halwa
First of all the chicken biryani was nothing like chicken biryani. It was made in lamb masala, having pieces of lamb bones in it. I have attached pictures of the encircled lamb bone pieces. It made me nauseous. I cannot eat lamb meat and it totally smelt and tasted of lamb including left over bones in the biryani. So the biryani is 0/10.
Samosa chaat - I tasted samosa in hardly 2 bites and the rest was full of big pieces of tomatoes. So it was tomato chaat . Though the yogurt and imli chatni taste was good. Again waste of money
So it was 4/10
Mixed grill platter 9/10, the chicken and sheesh kababs were absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and crispy from outside. The salad was not fresh though.
Gajar halwa absolutely 10/10 thought the quantity was small but it was worth it ..

I bought a glass of strawberries with Dubai chocolate. Instead of chocolate and pistachios in the glass there was just pudding painted in brown and green paint! And the worst thing is that the strawberries were all spoiled and already rotten! It's terrible

This store is ridiculous when it comes to selling expired and bad food, I just bought these. The freezer was not working. The lady lied and said that they were working on it only to come home and find mold on the food. Normally, I would just go about my way, but this time I’m sick of it I will be reporting them to the health department.

Dubai chocolate cup with strawberries is very nasty doesn't even taste like chocolate and green cream filling had no taste. But on the other hand the dubai chocolate bars tasted great and authentic. So just get the bars if you are looking for the dubai chocolate.

I've ordered delivery from the restaurant as well as shoppes at the store. The grocery store has a pretty good selection. The Indian food I've ordered was good for the price compared to other restaurants but the food is a bit more greasy.

Whenever I visit the butcher section at Apna Bazar, I can never find the type of halal meat I’m looking for properly trimmed or separated from the bone. If there’s a butcher on-site, I shouldn’t have to go home and spend time cleaning the meat myself. Also, there’s still no proper variety of lamb fat available.
No matter how many times I try to explain exactly what cut I want — even with photos or videos — it doesn’t help. Sometimes there’s fresh liver, sometimes there isn’t, and we never know when it will be available.
All they seem to do is run the lamb through a cutting machine. How many traditional dishes can actually be made with random chopped-up pieces?
