It's been 10 months at my job, and I'm still waiting, along with others, for our uniforms. I have one shirt that I received a week ago with my name, but it's a stained shirt. My other shirts are from a coworker who is no longer with the company. Whenever we ask, the service guy always gives the same excuse.... "I'm working on it." If this is how the company works, I'm puzzled as to how you remain in business.

They provided uniform services for us for over 25 years. Last couple years service became inconsistent and tried multiple attempts to get them to rectify the situation. They could not get their services correct. Items would be missed, uniforms would not be delivered or they would be lost during cleaning, they would forget to drop off basic supplies, etc. We canceled services with Aramark per an email on 1/5/2021 with the District manager Wilhelm Luke in writing confirming services with an end of service in May per the contract that we had. All parties agreed to part ways. All Aramark items were turned in at the end of May. In June and through July they kept invoicing us for services and uniforms not completed nor agreed to. We provided proof that we did not owe them any additional money for services. They agreed to remove some of the charges. Charges kept showing up. We kept disputing charges with them. While waiting for them to remove the fraudulent charges, they stopped responding and then sent the bogus invoices to a collections agency. I would absolutely not recommend working with them. The driver Sean, stated we were his first customer over 25 years ago and we stayed with Aramark for all that time. It is amazing how poorly they treated loyal customers.

Aramark completely fabricated and forged my signature on an invoice after I had already canceled service outside of my service contract. They sent my account to a collection agency trying to extort money from me family restaurant. This is just another example of David vs Goliath. I have all of my paid invoices. Yet they are trying to bill me for services not rendered. It's unbelievable. A billion dollar company. WARNING... Do not do business with ARAMARK. Thanks

Aramark uniform services is a horrible company. I have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. I have had my fair share of experience with uniform service companies. I will say out of them all Aramark is the worst. I canceled my contract after my fulfillment of one year. I pay my invoices as I receive them every time. Aramark says I owe them money for canceling and turned me over to a collection agency. Aramark is trying to extort money from me and trying to bully small businesses thinking we will just cower in fear. Well I'm here to tell you it's never going to happen. Do not do business with Aramark Jacksonville Fl. They will try and rob you blind. They are not even worthy of the one star that I gave them.

THE WORST QUALITY UNIFORMS.THEY COME BACK TO YOU DIRTY.THEN THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU TO REPLACE ITEMS THAT THEY DIRTY.I WORK IN THE OFFICE NEVER GET DIRTY BUT EVER WEEK UNIFORMS GET DIRTY FROM THERE WASHING PROCESS.

We are opening a new restaurant in St. Augustine Beach and when your Account Executive, Dan Sheridan, came by for us to sign the paperwork we had just received a semi truck full of new furniture. Dan rolled up his sleeves and helped us unload, inspect and bring in our furniture. You don't see that everyday - very impressed. Looking forward to a great relationship.
