We had a wonderful experience at Arhaus- St. John’s Town Center, Jacksonville. We had our young children in tow during our first visit, and staff were gracious. Our Design Consultant was Kelly Eisenbeis, who was incredibly helpful and assisted us with our purchase. Kelly went above and beyond a few months later to help fix a small issue with applying credit to a new purchase. She was very responsive. Would highly recommend this store and Kelly in particular if you are local to Jacksonville!

The furniture at Arhaus is sensational both in style and quality. It is one of our favorite stores always. Linda and the Jacksonville store were simply spectacular. Can’t wait to receive our order and truly appreciate her guidance.

The showroom is beautiful but unfortunately getting the sofa we ordered in 2024 took 6 months, 4 months longer than promised. The sofa looks beautiful but feathers are already coming through just after having it a few months. I tried fluffing the cushions as suggested by the salesperson but it doesn’t help much. I don’t mind a few coming out but when the sharp ends of the feathers poke you, it wasn’t worth the long wait or many thousands of dollars spent on it. Look elsewhere for a sofa.

I went there yesterday looking for sofas. Kelly helped me so much. The place was peaceful and professional, but so very helpful. So pressure, only kindness and assistance.

I visited the store yesterday and was immediately met with an unprofessional atmosphere. Despite four staff members being present, not one greeted me upon entry instead, they paused their conversation to stare in a way that felt dismissive and rude. I had to initiate a greeting myself, and only then did the manager respond with a simple “Hello.”
The entire shopping experience was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. At checkout, a staff member incorrectly informed me that I was not allowed to purchase a particular product due to a supposed policy—which turned out to be false, as confirmed by the manager shortly afterward. I ended up not buying anything and just leaving.

Came in to the St John’s Town Center store and none of sale people came to say hello. I walked around with my daughter for 15 minutes and no one said anything. I was hoping to buy a living room and dining room set but I will not buy from this store. I prefer to buy online if that’s possible. Completely disappointed.

Linda was the best sales person we have ever encountered! She was helpful, but, not pushy. She was patient with our many questions and concerns as well as extremely knowledgeable.
Each encounter with Linda, whether in person or on the phone was the same. She never rushed us and we just had such a positive experience with her at Arhaus!

We bought 5 pieces of the Biele couch and we needed more couch! I went into the store in Jacksonville and Linda and Kelly helped me for 2 hours with the appropriate rug size, cocktail table, and even a few pillows. They never got frustrated with me after we added 3 more pieces to this couch!

We had a wonderful experience at the St. John’s Town Center ARHAUS. We were shopping for a dining arm chair of specific style and measurements online, and visited the showroom to try out our top two choices for comfort. We were greeted by our Design Consultant, Linda D. who knew exactly where each chair was and shared some thoughts about each one. She was very pleasant and professional, and helped to make our decision and purchase easy! We’re looking forward to our new Aimee Cane arm chairs.
