“Went inside here today for the first time and to say the least it’s not going to be my last visit! James was super knowledgeable and sincere! You can tell how much the people here truly care about all of this and how passionate they are about it all which is so nice! Definitely recommend stopping in asap! This felt like a historic museum you have to pay to get into but instead it’s free and I’m just amazed by how big and crazy cool this place is!!”
“I attended the "The way I see it " competition at the arts center in support of one of my favorite artists, Walden. Although he did not win I fell in love with his peace entitled Queen of the Nile. I also admired his guitar player and the rendering of the new Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. His work with silver includes platters spoons forks and knives. It is unique and original. I enjoy attending the shows at the arts center and seeing what the artists will come up with next.”

333 N Laura St, Jacksonville“I took a "Walk on the Wild Side" today and wow it was fantastic! Norman E Fisher's exhibit ( a once Jacksonville resident) had an eye for the evolution of the art industry in New York! The collection is great walk through history with art from Andy Warhol amongst others. If you have not seen this collection you have until June! Please put it on your list!”
“Great variety of original art from regional AND national artists. Personal, attentive service. Flexible payment options. Great location. What’s there not to like!”
“This is a library, art museum, conference center, courtyard, theater! Jacksonville did a great job with this library, you don't even feel like you're downtown, until you leave. There's a teen room, a children's theater, a courtyard that people have weddings in, etc. It's much more than a library. And they have free events there often.”
