I made an appt at aspen to have my broken tooth fixed. The appt was at 12:15 on a Friday so I had to take off work early and what ended up being for the rest of the day. I was not called back into the office until 1:00 and didn’t see the dr until 1:15- an hour after my appt. They did X-rays and then told me they’d schedule me for Monday. That’s is absolutely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place due to 1.) they do not value patients time and personal lives (i had to take off work to not have anything done 2.) no empathy -expecting me to go a whole weekend with a broken tooth that was extremely painful 3.) absolutely the dirtiest health care facility I’ve ever been to. The carpet, floor, windows, blinds and even the desk as soon as you walked in was covered in filth. Luckily I found a dentist that not only took me at 3p in the afternoon but they did the service and helped me.

I should have known of Aspen Dental sooner! I had an amazing appointment and can't wait to begin my Dental care with Aspen... such an awesome team who really seem to care. Really appreciate their kindness and expertise!!!

I needed a same day appointment. Called one location and they couldn’t get me in but then they got me in at another nearby location the same day. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and pleasant. I wasn’t charged for the visit or X-rays they took. The only negative thing is I had to wait a little while BUT everyone I dealt with was very apologetic about the wait. I’m going back to get some work done in a week. 10/10 would recommend.

More than two hours wait/X-ray/consultation and didn't have cleaning. Their X-ray system was supposedly down, and that was thirty minute wait. I recommend somewhere else.

At Aspen Dental I had a wonderful experience ☺️. I was so blessed to be surrounded by these awesome professional employees who took such great care of my needs. I can't wait to see my end results. Looking forward to my beautiful smile ?! Have a wonderful blessed day ?.

Highly, and highly disappointed ☹️ for starter they gave me an appointment for 1pm and told me to be there at 12:45 as a new patient, but I got there at 12:30 just to find out that they closed from 12 to 1 pm for lunch. When they finally reopened, they informed me that they can only do my x-ray, but they won’t be able to do my cleaning. I specifically asked them for a cleaning, but I got fooled ??♂️The office is probably nice, but the services suck. There is a manager in there, she is the worse. She act like she doesn’t care, and she was so dismissive. Do your research before choosing that place. You will regret going in there! ?

The provider was excellent. She explained clearly to me what was going on with my condition, and was very polite and pleasant to talk to. I had Emergency visit and really felt relieved after I left the office, so thank you all the staff for quick responses and getting me the appointment immediately literally within an hour so I Appreciate that. Thank you.

Not what I was expecting. First of all It took me about 3 years to go back to a dental doctor because all the things I went through in my past. Second when I was waiting for the doctor, the assistant was talking to the Doctor nearby the room I was in and she was telling her that I was next and then my daughter and the doctor made a very sarcastic comment "A mother and daughter? Ugh." Right at the room door I was waiting. (At least she was able to explain everything that was going on with my teeth well) They did not want to do a cleaning for me and my daighter because they were busy. Then I went to meet with the manager to set up our next appointment for a cleaning and I was told my cleaning charges after my insurance was $300 (for a full cleaning I never asked for) and my daughter was $165. They never explained to me that they wanted to do a deep cleaning and not a regular cleaning.They wanted me to pay the copays for next appointment on the same day I scheduled, It was really weird. I never been in a dental office that wants to collect your next appointment copay a month before the appointment. I had a weird feeling and left. I called my dental insurance and they told me my cleaning was 100% covered. These people are crazy and it's a rip off. The only nice person was the dental assistant ,She was very nice

My experience was awesome. When I called with inquiries, the person on the phone was extremely personable & informative. The receptionist was sweet & reassuring. The x-ray person was compassionate, quick, & personable. The doc was REAL! I love that she seemed very capable. She was informative, gave options, explained her suggestions & used my x-rays to show me problems. The manager was totally awesome! She was understanding of my circumstances & decisions. She made sure I was able to get my immediate needs met. I am totally happy with my first visit.

Everybody at the office were very friendly. Everything went smooth. The doctor was very clear with the X-rays and my treatment options. It was a great atmosphere there. Definitely glad to have as my dental care team

Absolutely ridiculous how I was treated! I am calling corporate to let them know the treatment I received during my visit! I bought my dentures and needed them adjusted and was told to go back to the aspen I originally went to!!! That’s not how it works

They will say services are covered at 100% then don’t take responsibility when insurance doesn’t cover it. My daughter asked multiple times if the flouride was free and told yes. Only to receive bill. On hold for an hour with billing dept only for them to say it was an estimate. Would recommend somewhere else.
