First and last I booked for a deep cleaning, bad service ugly experience. My appointment was at 10 am , yes they passed me in and put the local anesthesia and then syringes for the deep anesthesia that was around 10.15, then she left me there until around 11 am. I was about to leave! you respect people's time and presence but what they do is to have one hygienist for 4 or may be more people, yes so they profit more. When I said something to the hygienist, yes I was upset but I could hardly talk because all the anesthesia in my mouth and she quickly said that I was screaming instead of being apologetic for having a client with a numbed mouth for over 40 minutes waiting while she maneuvers all the patients seating in the dentist chair. The poor hygienist she lacks empathy for people's time and presence plus has an arrogant attitude and lacks the experience need it to be doing that type of job, well known that around after 5 minutes anesthesia is ready but 40 minutes?.I can imagine poor seniors there, I've worked with seniors my whole life and know how vulnerable they can be, I bet what they did to me is what they're used to do, their clients are mainly seniors for what I saw.Please do a good research and avoid unnecessary bad moments in your life, this place can give you that.

Today's visit was a remarkable experience. From the first face i saw untill the last, i was moved by the compassion, patience and willingness towards me. My dental history hasnt been the best but Aspen Dental helped me get back on track! I have so much hope for the future and believe i will be able to smile with much more confidence! I highly recommend Aspen to anyone!

I requested a normal cleaning just to make sure my teeth were nice and good to go. During the visit they checked my gums and explained I had a small issue with the gums of my teeth. I was told that they would refuse to do a routine cleaning until I agreed to a $700+ out of pocket (after insurance) deep cleaning prior. As if a regular cleaning would have absolutely zero benefit. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my appoint as requested, 10:00am. At 10:52am I was still sitting in the examination area with no cleaning complete. 11:40am after being sat in the waiting lobby for roughly ten minutes I was called back to discuss a $1,600 (after insurance, out of pocket) charge for my next visit. So 20 minutes shy of two hours, and I NEVER got my requested cleaning. After being asking about my cleaning, I was told “oh, you didn’t get the new patient call? Yeah your first visit is just an initial baseline.” What a waste of my time. I rarely get time off and this is how this business spent my precious time. 1 rating because the staff was at least nice, otherwise it was a zero. Nothing I wanted to get done was done. (Full charge after insurance and “insurance discount” was just shy of $6,000 dollars)*UPDATE*I cut my losses with this company and drove an hour away to my dentist I used years back in Saint Johns County, completely different experience. I had my gum lines measured without biased information from Aspen, weird how Aspen calls out 4’s, 5’s, and 6’s, saying “severe paradontal” during measurements while my dentist calls out 2’s 3’s and one 4. My entire visit was covered under my insurance at my dentist, unlike the money Aspen tried charging me out of pocket… do yourself a favor, get a second opinion. I walked away happy from my dentist an hour away, who also had time to do my cleaning after measurements.By the way, while Aspen did my gum measurements they pushed so hard jabbing into my gums it made me lift my back off the chair almost each tooth…I’ve heard it’s not supposed to be this hard. My dentist did it and I felt some discomfort but nothing like how bad it hurt when Aspen did it.I’m driving an hour away to get better service than Aspen can provide, Aspen is 15-20 minutes from my house. Disappointing as a prospective client.

This is one of the best dentist office in Jacksonville, Florida that i've been to in years. They really care about their patients. And they give you very informative information to help you take care of your teeth. The staff was awesome, the cleaning I received was awesome. The office was clean great environment. I recommend Aspen dental to anybody. And I thank them for helping me because I will scared at first. The team made me feel so comfortable And they really care about their patients so I'd thank them.

Today, 2-27-24, was my first visit to any Aspen Dental office. I went to the one located at Kernan Village, just off Atlantic Blvd in front of Kohl's. I had seen their ads, and I drive by that location a lot, so I chose them and made an appointment online.Every aspect of my visit - from my scheduling last night to being greeted with a smile by the front desk staff this morning - was exceptional! The wonderful ladies who did my x-rays (special thanks to Myia) and exams, were gentle, yet thorough. The Doctor discussed my dental needs with me in detail as he showed me the x-rays and pictures of my teeth and gums. The entire staff were very friendly and helpful. The office atmosphere was welcoming; it felt open and airy.The only negative is that they don't file my specific insurance. I had not confirmed ahead of time, as I needed an exam right away. I will need to go elsewhere for treatment. Happily, they printed a copy of some pertinent information for me and assured me they will forward copies of the x-rays and pictures, and any other necessary information, to the Dentist I choose to take care of me.I would definitely go back to this office in future if I change to an insurance plan they can accept!I give them 5 Stars, 2 Thumbs Up, and and a great big THANK YOU!!!

The staff was very friendly. The dental assistant that was taking care of me from the moment I stepped in the back office was great! She was very positive and supportive. The doctor was very clear. Josh broke everything down so well that he answered all of my questions without me even asking them, lol. This was my first visit and it was great. Good vibes at Aspen Dental on Altantic!

I was at the office for an hour within the hour I saw a doctor that could not find what he was trying to show me then after 45 minutes they tell me they don’t take my insurance Dentiquest so I went outside called my insurance company again yes, Aspen Dental carries my dentiquest there’s a guy Josh there at Atlantic Boulevard store that told me I can’t have any work done until they put Dental quest into their computer. This was three weeks ago they were supposed to call me Back …. Nothing… I’m seeing Green dentist
