I had a great experience with the AT&T sales rep Roshan who sold me my phone. Very professional, smart, and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, helped me choose the best option, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. Highly recommend!

I went in today to trade in my phone and the young lady gave me and my wife the worst attitude since her and her co worker was sitting around watching TV. Their energy and tone clearly told us they didn't want to work on a Sunday afternoon. My phone had a minor scratch and she gave it back and said we can't help you unless go through the warranty department. She provided the website so fast my had to stop her and correct her. I will NEVER go to this location ever again and I recommend you if you believe in paying for good service not to go to this one either... AT&T check your staff who work today after 3pm and have a sit down with them about greeting and customer service.

Absolutely horrible experience! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Me and my husband went in to add 2 lines to our plan and to get a new phone for me. We were currently paying $77 a month for 2 lines but needed to add our kids into the plan. We were told we could do a new plan with 4 new phones instead for about $130 before tax. We tripled checked this with them and they confirmed the price multiple times. Instead it was $270 a month. They added all kinds of bullshit like insurance, next up etc etc to plan without our permission or telling us. They lied about the monthly cost even after going back to the store and confronting them (they said only the first hill would be that high and the difference would go towards the next bill which was also a lie). We had to spend hours on the phone to try and get this all straightened out. Don’t trust them they are worse than car salesmen!

I went in to upgrade my phone. I paid out of pocket for the upgrade. A couple days later, I find out the man who sold me the phone added unauthorized charges to my bill as well as a phantom additional phone line with insurance!! When I returned to have him correct the mistake, he refused stating to call 611. This has costed me hundreds of extra dollars as well as the lost hours trying to correct the problem. I have never felt so scammed by a company!

Really nice and easy going people, kaiya was extremely nice and easy going, got an upgrade for a phone plan and it look less than half an hour while she was also helping another customer. All in all great place of business and really friendly staff. 🤙🤙

I really don’t have nothing good to say about you guys!! I walked in the store to switch from T mobile to AT&T and they trick me so bad that I can’t believe!
After all, I feel like a little kid who will do anything for a Candy! My bills got crazy and bigger then ever. Service on my cell phones is very-very bad. Customer service is not good at all. When ever you try to talk to them they put you on hold and after 2-3 minutes of waiting it disconnects you! About people in the store I don’t want to even talk about. I received my first bill around $700 dollars. I walked into the store to try to see what is going on, and the manager just tells me to call 611, that is not my problem call them and talk to them! So people please, please be very careful when you walk in the store and try to deal with them!
