Came in to switch my service from verizon to At&T. Lawrence did absolutely phenomenal!! Made the process super easy and painless. Even got my husband a work phone and he made that easy for us as well. Definitely recommend switching and asking for Lawrence!!

My experience at AT&T was absolutely amazing. I encountered significant difficulty when attempting to resolve my issue over the phone with customer service. They were giving me the runaround, so I decided to visit the store. Upon arrival, I was greeted promptly and received immediate assistance, ultimately resulting in the acquisition of a brand new phone, thanks to the efforts of Lawrence, Logan, and Borys. I highly recommend this store for anyone requiring assistance with phone-related issues or services, as this has been a remarkably welcoming experience. It is rare to find individuals who genuinely care, and the staff at this location have demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication.

I drove there to make a payment on the kiosk. This was my first time going to this location as I happen to pass by it yesterday. They greeted me at the door and I asked if they had a kiosk they did not. Also I was going to pay in cash and they said they did not take cash. I ended up having to drive about 10 more miles to go to my normal AT&t. I give two stars not because the people that work there, but for the fact that they only take cards and did not have a kiosk.
