Been here twice and received excellent service from both Bryant and Neff.. They helped me preorder the new iphone 15 and transfer everything from my old phone. 10/10 service would recommend

I have been dealing with an overpayment issue since August 14th I called multiple times to get a manager call back and no one has called me back .My concerns have not be addressed and it seems like AT&T does not value there customers . How hard is it to apply my overpayment to my balance ? Then this morning AT&T suspended my line due to lack of payment!!! I was forced to pay the bill because I need my phone for work ! All I want is my money! If you’re thinking about getting service with AT&T don’t do it !!! Worst customer service ever !!!

Had an absolutely awful experience trying to cancel my account at this store. I waited 15 minutes without any acknowledgement and once I finally got spoken to, my requests for cancellation were sidestepped with a hundred questions and offers on discounts and deals. I made it entirely clear at least ten times that I was not interested although I appreciate the offers and that I understand that they make commission, although i have no intent on sticking with AT&T. After many subverts on my simple request, I finally stopped being patient and cordial and demanded that they cancel my service. Ben told me that they actually can’t do that at the store and that he couldn’t help me. 45 minutes in the store to find out that my one request couldn’t be fulfilled. Absolutely deplorable used car salesman tactics to weasel their way out of cancelling your service. Ben as well as the rest of the store’s staff should be ashamed, this was the least human interaction I’ve ever experienced. Never going back to AT&T.

Waited 20 minutes just to make a payment. One associate, the customer he was helping even told him to help me and he said it's ok. No it really wasnt..and if I didn't have to make that payment I would have walked out like the other 2 customers did. How can you say it's ok for me to stand there for 20 mins to do a 2 min transaction. Smh.

I use to work there and i quit because the job was too stressful and they didn't pay me enough. They also kept my last comission check and they currently owe me over $500 dollars plus the pto i aquired while working there. Because of the stress, im now on heart medication for the rest of my life. Noble Wireless is a SCAM.

D’andre, Lottie, Kaleah and Emily was nothing short of amazing. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time as a customer. They were quick, very knowledgeable and actually helped us put together a package deal that works for our entire family and household. This is definitely our family’s new go to store. I will recommend this store to all my friends, family and future AT&T customers.
