We visited the Northpointe location today to trade in two of our phones. Brandon was the only one working today. While he was very busy he was able to manage his time and provide excellent customer service! I normally do not look forward to swapping my phone out but, Brandon made it a VERY easy and quick transaction. He made sure we have everything we needed before we checked out. Good employees are hard to come by in todays society, Brandon deserves a raise, you have a good one!
Thanks for the 5 star service today. 10/10 recommend At&t Northpoint (if Brandon is working) lol.

Thank you Mr Brandon for your professionalism and helpful assistance with getting my daughters phones replaced. My apologies for the extra work o brought in with me while being by yourself but you handled it amazingly! I will continue to come to your location from now on. Thanks to you I will continue my services with AT&T. Rivercity location, to the man that made my daughter cry when she came in to get a replacement phone your days are numbered!
