Absolutely LOVE SOPHIA!!!!! 🫶🏻 What an OUTSTANDING customer service experience!!! My lease is ending next month. I have to move into a furnished house. I was really panicking about being able to afford rent and a storage. I was so discouraged when I called by the time I hung up with this lady let me tell you I will absolutely not even consider calling To even get an estimate because by the time we were done with the call, I felt so much weight lifted off of my shoulders!!! Now I can move with confidence and continue with my journey, knowing that there’s a good woman out there that actually cares about me and what I’m going through! I highly recommend if you want good customer service and you don’t wanna pay an arm and a leg. You might wanna call here because the prices I got before we double this trust me !!

Very friendly experience. I had my storage unit there for a few years. Never had an issue. Quiet facility. James is very nice and accommodating. I will use them again.

Super friendly, and will work with you. I had a few items in my storage unit that I did not want to take with me and they took it right off my hands. Highly recommended!!!!

They keep rising the storage fee but never improve the facility.
