The service went from decent to horrible. I was inconvenienced several times in one day. Then after signing the release form for moving was billed for another month. I would never recommend this location!

I have had a great positive experience with the manager Wendy. I have referred multiple people to her for storage units. She has always been very kind and helpful. Customer service is a 10!!

This review is overdue. I had a climate control storage unit here for a couple years from stuff from one of our rentals. The unit we had was in a gated area and served everything we needed it to do. We didn’t have any issues with pests or theft or anything like that. It was a large unit and the price was fair. The issue was in the un gated area prior to the gated area that you have to go through to get to your storage area. People standing around, music playing on occasion, people drinking alcohol and basically partying out of there unit. Units open with stuff all over in the middle of the road..complete chaos on occasion. They also ask you for $ as you drive by on occasion. Not a very safe place at night especially if a woman had to come here after hours. They need some kind of security after hours. Also when I went to move my stuff out the lady in the office had an attitude..maybe she was having a bad day and took it out on me..not sure. When I originally got the unit the lady I dealt with(different lady) was fabulous. I would use this place again..but only if I couldn’t find one with better conditions after hours.

UPDATE.The DM reached out to apologize and stated in a roundabout way that it is a customer responsibility to come and check on their unit every 30 days to verify their are no issues with the unit to include pest and rodents. As he stated it is Florida and it is an outdoor facility so. my garage is also out side in Florida and yet does not contain rodents or pest. His solution was to sign an abandonment letter and they will be more than happy to dispose of her items free of charge.WOW

PLEASE save yourself a lot of headaches and don't rent from Atlantic Self Storage. I have rented a storage unit at this location since July of 2008. I have always paid my rent on time. The ONLY thing Atlantic Self Storage has done besides take my money is to allow my unit to be broken into and NOT notify me until months later and raise the rent. Now after years of being a loyal customer, they have decided that they want to remodel, so I am having to find a new unit. I am having to hire a moving company to move everything out of my unit and into a new one. They sent the notice out at the close of business so they didn't have to deal with customer calls. To add insult to injury, the next day, they sent out a notice that they are raising the rent between now and when I have to be out. I have requested in writing several times for someone from corporate to call me. They have been completely unresponsive. It has been two weeks and as of the posting of this review, I have received no response from them, either by phone or in writing.

Received great service from Nici and Wendy at Atlantic Self Storage on Powers Ave at Toledo Road when I reserved a new unit. Wendy guided me through the process and Nici stayed late to check me into the new unit. Both were very professional and courteous!
