Lots of space and clean. My only complaint would be that they only have one cart that's shared between multiple buildings, so it is a pain to carry things while needing to go through 4 heavy weighted doors. It's kind of impossible to do if alone.

This place seemed okay on the first day. I rented a 10x8 on my second day back in Florida it was a deal that for 123.00 a month I would get some free stuff a moisture wicker and also mattress cover. The very next my payment was due on the 12th and I didn't get paid until the 18th. Sincey payment was late I of course inccured a late few. But what happened the next month is what started it all to go down hill
Because I was late the month before I lost my special deal so now my payment was 163.00. That's a$30 difference and I was barely making it I had only been in town 2 months and still living in a hotel. So this was not taken very well. Well as it inevitable I did get a month behind, but when I went to pay the month I was behind. Peter the owner wanted both payments also late fees for the behind month totaling 398.00. I was flooded he would do the month I was behind. I was lucky to have a good job finally and was able. But all I could think about was the people who had to choose between rent and a storage unit or a car payment or a storage unit. I don't suggest using this facility because he won't take one late payment at a time. In this economy he is just being a thief taking people's personal possessions for an auction.

If I could I would not give a star at all or give negative stars. Today is Friday February 26th. The gentleman that was going to help us is way too cocky, and rude. He also wears to much make up. If there is no smoking on your property then put signs up. My nephew sent me up there. But now I will let him know what happened and he and his friends will remove their items from here. Ty for the non help.

Always so pleasant, even during COVID. Crystal has always been very professional but friendly to us. Even when I was sick, she showed compassion to me and I really appreciated it. The facility has always been kept clean and always willing assist. Will miss you Crystal. Thanks for everything!!

This facility appeared to truly be a decent storage facility for the price AND access. We rented our 10x15unit on Thursday, accessed the unit (which you have to go through several closed doors to even get to) and could not get into it on Saturday. We drove 4 hours and loaded our 26’ truck and drove back expecting to get into our unit. To our surprise we couldn’t get into the gate (after accessing it on Thursday). We couldn’t turn around, they should at least have a way for trucks to get in and out. You also have to use your code to get in and out of the gate. Had to drop our car dolly to even get out of the parking lot. So after multiple attempts we couldn’t even get into them gate. You can’t even wait for anyone. Don’t worry about calling their little customer service line because you will not get any help on Sunday - regardless of what their website states. When we came back Monday the gentleman acted like it was not an inconvenience or an issue that we couldn’t access the unit. They weren’t interested in accommodations by any means - we just wanted them to pay for the extra 2 days we had to pay for our truck Rental because their system malfunctioned. We watched other people access the gate while we were getting our 26’ out of the way. As a custom service professional- this is just ridiculous. You should be more than accommodating when your system is the problem. When we did come back on Monday the guy told us they would have to check with the district manager and neither the district manager nor anyone from the call center has returned our call as of 6:15 on Tuesday. Ultimately had to go find another storage unit. Go to cube smart - anywhere but this specific location.

Ultimately had to go find another storage unit. They do have a gate surrounding the location that is electric.Update: the DM did finally return our call (Friday) after my review and we provided more information. After a few "explanations" from her - the resolution is to refund the amount spent for the unit rented. And to take my review down.... I won't take my review down because the facts are the facts and I'd still recommend anyone to go elsewhere based on our experience - which must have been isolated according to her.
