I’d like to give a shout out to the personnel at Atlantic self storage on Mill Cove. These guys are professional and always willing to help. We rent multiple units in their facility and they have been very kind and professional. Great operation.

Millcoe? More like Mildew. I wish I could rate the ZERO stars. Where do I even start? These guys are the BIGGEST crooks in the game. They raise your storage unit price without ANY notice. It was almost 2 months before I noticed the rate increase of $20, when asked about it they "claimed" to mail a notice. I have copies of my mail emailed to me daily from USPS, and surprise.. no notices from them. They claim that their units are "Climate Controlled", but after just 6 months of storage, two of my couches were ruined due to mold & mildew. They still to this day, refuse to acknowledge it. The people running this location are straight crooks and don't know the meaning of the word "Customer Service". Laura is the worst of them all, do yourself and your things, a favor and RUN far away from this place. It's not worth it, and in the long run will left feeling screwed over and most likely with your belongings damaged.

I have always loved all Atlantic Self Storage locations all over Jacksonville, but the Millcoe location has been by far my best experience. The office managers Laura and Terrance were absolutely great! They made our last minute transition extremely smooth, fast and gave us a great deal on boxes, while also throwing in some extras for buying additional boxes with them rather than other vendors. They have the best pricing in all of Jacksonville along with ASAP availability, and unlike other Atlantic locations, they are open seven days a week! Which was extremely helpful during our last minute move! Thanks for all your help! 10/10 recommend this location and 10/10 best customer service!
