Was supposed to sign agreement today on lease but I’ll take my business else where since they close earlier than listed hours and the lady that works the seen me coming up and still said they where closed.

Very good at her job!! I would refer someone here. I would also suggest a pay raise is appropriate here. Good staff is very hard to retain. For what it's worth.

At first when I went to secure my storage unit for my move I told them that I would only be there shortly but they had a special going on that was rent one month and get the second month free. Well that was fine if that's the only way I could rent my unit for a couple weeks. On my moving day I had hired a moving company to assist me in my move to the storage. When they were unloading we came to a problem the problem was no matter how we tried we could not fit my couch and to the unit we already had about half the trunk unloaded when we discovered this problem. My movers were on the clock to the tune of about 85.00 an hour. So besides the problem with my moving company and the fact that I would have to pay more because of this problem I don't know how anyone can run a facility and not know that a couch wouldn't fit in there. I phoned the office and they told me they would be there to see what was going on a man named Ron got there said well all we can do is change you to a larger unit and I said I would not pay for a larger unit I'm halfway unloaded and my movers are on the clock and I asked him to take care of my movers extra amount of money because of it being their fault Ron refused so I had no choice to do another unit and restart my packing up and moving up again. I asked the manager I didn't get her name she was an older lady with white hair if she expected me to pay for a bigger unit because I was not going to and she said oh no they give me the unit but they weren't giving me any reimbursement for my movers. Stay away from these people at all costs this is just one example of the way they treat people. There are total sheisty group. 👎👎🤯
Update: so they now answer website doesn't work. And they want me to tell them more. what more can I say and yes they showed me the unit I knew it was big enough for my belongings but I had a regular couch and what do I know about measuring the door. Please these people are shameless. Reimburse me that's it.

I hope this is the right location because I want to leave Tymeikia a good review. I called something last week requiring about what I needed to do to sell my items at the local flea Market on Beach Blvd. She was so polite and answered all my questions. I stopped in today to get more info and yes Tymekia was there. Her customer service was even better in person. Her and another lady made sure I understood the setup and gave me a few tips. Tymekia asked me when I was planning to come I told I didn't know at this time because I'm still working behind the scenes to make sure I have what I need to get started. I hope when I start Tymekia is still working there because she's what the world needs, a very nice and lovely personality! Keep you the good job Tymekia!!
