Facility is nice and seems secure enough. Staff is friendly.
But beware they will raise your rated astronomically for no damn reason im talking 30-40-50 dollars. And then send you an email letting you know theyre not raising the rates for the rest of the year.
Never again will I consider Atlantic Self Storage an option

The young lady at the desk was so very helpful, I would definitely recommend storing with Atlantic self storage, the staff alone made me want to rent a unit.

Jeremy and Jessica are the best! 24 hour access is a huge game changer if you need your unit at any point during the day. Customer service is fantastic.

Excellent management and customer support. Jeremy and Jessica are totally amazing. They literally go above and beyond daily. I don't know what they make but whatever it is, it's not enough. I don't ever write reviews but these two deserve. They are two stars in this lackluster company that shows no loyalty to long term customers at all.

Well i see they have new staff and the woman that works is alright but the. Man is a nag he tried to say it will be a charge to charge any devices , , ummm what kind of place won't allow you to charge your dead phone or tablet , ? It could be an emergency on the customer's end and that kind of foul sour behavior is frowned upon and doesn't make a customer comfortable, and no trash can or dumpster to toss trash ? Call jso and report such garbage bc why? So how are people suppose to dispose storage trash ? I never been so uncomfortable at the storage until he came and he needs to mind his business , he doesn't pay lights personally he might stay for free since he is a employee but don't start off on the wrong toe with people or start creating problems and lose customers and changing around things . Personally I belive he should be removed from the place or he will cause. People to find new storage somewhere else

Atlantic Self Storage-Argyle. What a friendly atmosphere. Jeremy and Jessica are very accommodating and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to meet your storage needs. It didn’t matter if I was on the phone with them or in person at the facility, they were always willing to go the extra mile.
