Trena at Atlantic Self Storage off of Ricker was amazing! I called initially asking for help to purchase online and ended up going in instead. She helped me find the perfect sized unit and was so patient and helpful! Highly recommend ❤️

I had used this spot for my rv for the last 17 years. only one problem when one of the managers ran into my rv costing me 800 in repairs. Other then that we have been pleased with the service we received.

Thank you to Trina and Ida from getting me transferred over to new unit correctly. They called and spoke to management about misinformation previously given to me. The customer should always be put first when office staff get something wrong .

Been there for about 3-4 yrs now. It suites my needs. Outside of rising cost increments each year...it's still manageable & reasonable.

The property and the units were clean, no bug droppings or dirt scattered around. 24 hour access, very accommodating. Trena was a pleasure, very helpful and gave a nice tour of the property and a few storage units available. Would definitely recommend.
