I recently rented from this location for the second time, and each time I have received a great rate and stellar customer service. Janice was so helpful. She took her time to go over different unit options and helped me find the best fit for my price range.

I honestly gotta say from the minute I talked to The switchboard in the morning before the place was opened. I was treated with utmost respect. I was a little shaky about everything. The agent on the phone made me feel extremely calm and got me set up. The gentleman in the office in the morning at 9:30 was extremely nice totally accommodating the customer service That this place displays to its customers is outstanding. I was made to feel very welcome. I was made to feel at home. Not once did I feel inferior or like I was bothering somebody showing up looking for a storage unit. I have rented storage units from Public Storage in the past and I want to say you guys run circles upon circles around Public Storage. The people that are interacting with people who call looking for storage should be commended. A+ customer service

Unfortunately, I’m going to have to get a lawyer for this one.
Rented a unit here that apparently had a hole in the roof. Came back to my unit one day to find all my memorabilia (Ovechkin rookie cards with a piece of net from his first goal, Nolan Ryan rookie, Mike Jordan rookie, babe Ruth signed/worn glove, etc) soaked through from the rain event. Almost $10k in damage in the entire box. I informed management and they said they’d jump on it. They immediately got me an upgraded unit at no cost and promised no rent increases ever. After six months, new management came in and claims they know nothing of the issue. So, they raise my rent twice in a year. Newer, new management comes in and increase it in January, then again in July for almost 20%. Very obvious they are forcing me out and not honoring the agreement. New management wants me to go through the process again of giving them all the info, pics, etc for nothing to happen more than likely.
Long story short, don’t rent here. There is a crew of homeless bicyclists that live here. Management does nothing about it. The contract states they can raise your rent every 150 days. Pay attention to this scam of a contract. Read every detail and fine print or you may get screwed. Or, just go next door to the other storage facility if this location is too perfect.

Renting a climate controlled unit from Atlantic San Pablo on Beach Boulevard was a great experience. Folks at Atlantic handled processing very professionally and efficiently. When the need arises again, we will be sure to return to this Atlantic Storage location!

Atlantic Self Storage rates are consistently higher than other storage facilities. Additionally, they continuously have rate increases. This was supposed to be a gated/secure storage facility, however the gate has been broken for over two months and still not fixed. Moved out to a nicer facility that is also less expensive. Do your research and you will find much better options.

I've been at this location for over a year now. The management team is responsive if needed. They keep the location secure, clean and are friendly to us customers day in and out.

If I could give 0 stars I would because of the new managers. Their attitude towards my family and others is appalling. Removing things around from one unit to another and were planning on putting something else into the unit that we had with them but with the way they spoke to my family and friends while we were moving things around I have decided to cancel and never associate with Atlantic storage ever again the people at u store are much more friendly and down to earth family oriented
