Heather and Felicia were fantastic. They were friendly right, knowledgeable and patient with my questions!The site is very neat and well taken care of. They were very clear about their policies and security that is in place to protect the location as well. Highly recommended.

Ms. Bonnie Mariani,was very helpful. She was able to answer every question I had. She thoroughly explained how this facility storage works. She sprayed my storage unit before moving in, she showed me how to lock and open my storage space as well. The facility is clean as well. Thank you !

I have used the Kernan location for several years and have never had an problems. Ms. Bonnie at the front office is always kind and very helpful. I highly recommend this location.

The people that work here are very friendly and helpful I cannot say enough about how personable , polite ,and accommodating they were especially Bonnie! If you need a place to store your personal property I highly recommend giving them a call! Thanks again guys!

Bonnie is amazing! Her interpersonal skills are off the chain. As a stager and designer I deal with many storage units and Bonnie is the best I’ve ever seen in 30 years of my business. She helped me get things done efficiently and get into the unit quickly with my movers and I’m so glad I’m here wish all my other units were here too. I highly recommend this location if you want the best service and units she even sprayed and prepared the units in advance so they would be ready for our movers today!!Bonnie is the best!

From check in to check out is been a fast process. I forgot his name but this older gentleman showed me all units I was curious about, answer all questions and concerns I had and sign me up quick. Now the check out was fast, thank you Bony. Bony also introduced me to her chihuahua who is amazing and very caring. I recommend this place for my future storage spot.
