I recently rented a unit and felt like I was well advised and taken care of by Shay. She helped me determine the right size, best price, and when the next available unit proved to be inconveniently sitting right beside a door that could have hindered easy access, she changed it to the next one over. The unit was clean and ready to go. Shay also showed me where the moving carts were located and every time I've been there to move or remove items, I have found a cart to be available.

We have had a storage unit here since 2013 and have had no issues whatsoever. We always know our unit is safe and secure, and it’s a great location. Shay is awesome, she seems to always be there and is extremely nice and helpful. On 2 separate occasions, she has helped sweep my unit. We really appreciate her keeping the property clean and in good shape!
