This is the worst storage facility in Jax. They nickle and dime you charging over $60 in late fees a month. I gave them the required notice to vacate signed a document in their office and they are still attempting to bill me. They are billing me for services I no longer have but when I asked for a zero balance letter was told they can’t issue a letter correcting their mistake. I call the number on their email and when I explain that I’ve had this discussion about me leaving twice I’m told there’s no record and the number on the email is a 3rd party call center.
The business acumen of this company speaks scammers. They are in business to take from you. Avoid these people at all cost. Many of their units are broken. I should’ve never signed with them when I came to finish my enrollment only to be told the unit I paid coed was broken (then why is it listed). I will never look twice at this company and I suggest you avoid them like the plague.

I do rent a unit here, and have had it for most of this year.
I think there could be a better eye on the property considering the debris you may drive over while on the grounds.
I do like that they call me monthly to remind me of my bill to help avoid late charges.
