We rented from the orange park location at Jefferson. The elevator has been down for 8 months as of December 2023. Our units were in the 2nd floor. We have been waiting for at least 6minyhs to move our things out for them to fix the elevator. It seems they are holding our items hostage to make money. Their solution is to give 1month free rent to assist in the cost of a moving company. When our items were moved out prior to the current month ending, the company wouldn't change the solution to a current month refund to assist in moving costs. There is no one working at the facility. You have to drive to another facility to talk to a person. They are way over priced. Other units are half their cost for the same size units. I would look elsewhere to store your precious belongings

Love the place. Brian and his wife and their staff are very nice and easy to get along with. The place is quite open meaning the alleys are quite wide for easy access, and it is kept in a good state of repair. Very happy to be there. That staff is always ready to work with you if you need special concessions or if special circumstances arise and they're always willing to work with you to the best of their abilities.

I’ve used this facility on various occasions and have had nothing but excellent service! The team, led by Bryan, are welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The facility is always clean and well maintained! Highly recommended!

I have to tell everyone what am amazing experience I had today, at this location. Jasmine assisted me in renting a unit, and my experience was nothing short of MAGNIFICENT! She was very polite, professional, and efficient! I haven't had a good service interaction like this in a long while, and it was a breath of fresh air sitting and talking with her. I am thankful to have met her, the world needs more people like Jasmine. Thank you so much!!

Folks at OAKLEAF AND CLAY COUNTY...This storage facility and staff are EXCELLENT! Jasmine, Stephanie and Bryan run it like family! These folks are truly amazing! The facility is clean inside and out! I have been tenant for 14 months or so due to an illness! I wanted to share some positive feedback based on such an amazing team and facility!Thanks guy's for everything!GOD BLESS! JEFF

Brian is a abusive harassing staff member who now has a restraint order out against him!I had to get Jacksonville sheriffs office involved for the abusive staff. Brian who is related to Stephanie as her spouse threatened to dump my belongings on my doorstep and threatened violence against my minor child. They obviously don't mind committing felonies. Google it JSO actually filed an restraining order against him! The owner left me a harassing my voicemail about this account being discharged in a Florida Supreme Court bankruptcy. If he doesn't know already it is a felony to do anything that violates FL bankruptcy law. I will filing suit against these guys.
