I was not happy about the fact that we had to start all over again and leave our Up Next after we’ve had it for years just so I could trade in my phone and we had already done so and then was told that we didn’t qualify after we paid the money and everything so we had to start all over again

DJ is an idiot. He was very loud with me. I told him about the promotion I had prior to changes of my bill and argued with me that PROMO2 was the name of my watch. Y’all I have never ever thought. I said No that’s the promotion. He has promo 1 and I have promo2, the name of my watch is Apple SE. everyone was looking at us because he was so loud. I was so embarrassed that I walked out. It sucks that I have such bad luck every where I go.

Walked in because my phone was locked. (Password was lost) They basically said "can't help you at all". Even though I pay for the phone every month. The guy didn't even care. No suggestions or nothing, just keep paying your bill.

Lots of games being played here by Julie the supposed manager. I asked to use the restroom and she said no, yet her customer just used the restroom before me. She told me to go next door which seems strange considering we were buying a $1,500 phone and the other lady was able to use the restroom. After asking for the managers card and texting her, one of her associates said she was the manager. Wow, incredibly terrible service and a poor way to treat long term customers all around.

Pinky Thomasson our IHX, Awesome! She was amazing and if i ever need a new phone she’ll be the one i come too. She stayed with us till the end was very kind, easy to talk too, just an amazing person and very helpful with everything during the process.
