Came in and was advised they’d be right with me and to take a seat anywhere. Someone came in after me and got helped first just because it would be “quick”. What ever happened to first come first serve? Really regretting that I came back to AT&T from Verizon. I drove 30 minutes across town to come to this store because it used to be great. Turns out they gave me wrong information over the phone, which is why I drive 30 minutes to the store to begin with.

Ive been dealing with this store in oakleaf for a while had an issue with my phone notification. Came in and the associate Bobby is the man fixed it in min. Where others out side the AT&T store couldn't. Bobby gives great service highly recommend this store and Bobby

I recently had to return my iPhone 17 Air, and Blake from AT&T made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. From the moment I reached out, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He walked me through each step clearly, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made sure I felt confident that everything was being handled properly.
What really stood out was his friendliness and genuine care—he went above and beyond to ensure the return was seamless, which turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive experience.
Blake is a true asset to AT&T, and I’m very grateful for his help. If every customer service interaction were like this, no one would ever dread calling customer support!

Greeted and signed in- everyone was super nice. They stopped to acknowledge me when I walked past them and after 6 minutes or so a rep was there to help. He looked at my plan to make sure I still had the latest and greatest and installed my new screen protector and was the reason I keep going to that store!

Taylor, the manager, was very helpful. He gave me the info I needed to effect a trade-in & upgrade. I'll be going back to complete the upgrade in a couple days because he was so helpful.
