I always visit this location because the store reps are more attentive and personable. Unfortunately, during my last visit, the store was unusually busy and it resulted in a longer wait time. Despite the wait, Tyson was extremely helpful and was an efficient store rep. He was informative, personable, and a pleasure to work with.

Stopped in for an upgrade, was assisted by Blake. He was very knowledgeable around his craft and gave me the ability to walk away from the transaction feeling confident in the decision I made. Loving my Galaxy s24 and my wife feels the same for her iPhone 15 pro Max.

Terrible customer service:March 10, 2024,I went to the store to trade in my iPhone 11 Pro Max. First thing, I told the girl that my phone screen had a tiny crack on it. And she said, "That's okay, we will still give you a $700 trade in value." then today, I go back to the store, there was a guy who was helping me. He checked everything, and said, " was a tiny crack on it, it isn't worth $700 anymore and it’s only worth $350 now. You can fix the screen and we'll make the value $700." Then I left because the original girl was on lunch break. Later, I came back, I found the original girl(who was previously my sales associate) she wouldn't even give me her name and I found that as very rude and inappropriate, not good customer service. Then, they told me that the promotion was gone, they lied because on the website it still says my phone is worth $700. By the way, I had already bought a new iPhone 15 Pro Max after the first day because she said that it was worth $700. Also, she told me to take the old phone back home just in case there is an information transferring difficulty. So, I would have only paid $500 for a new phone however, now I have to pay $850. I’ve been AT&T customer more than 10 year now is time. Let me switch to the other company won’t be longer AT&T customer
