I signed up for a new phone plan here and went through my plan's details with the employee. I told him I didn't want the "next up anytime" ($10/month!) and he said ok. I, a fool, didn't look at my bill close enough until I had some other issues recently. He had signed me up for it since day 1, blatantly ignoring my request. "Next up anytime" is enabled by on these plans, so I'm beginning to wonder if this is some sort of tactic to get more money out of people.
Now I'm going to eat the $40 loss because I don't believe in planned obsolescence.
The guy there is nice, but you need to watch that your final information is correct. I'm going to hope it was because he wasn't paying attention and not some other more malicious thing, but watch out.

The representatives at this store were super friendly and know their jobs well. Julie and Jacob helped me with everything. I found this store by chance and I'm glad because from now on it is my store of choice.

I stopped by the store today to get some help with my brother’s phone and I had a delightful customer experience. The store manager, Jason along with Julie are THE ABSOLUTE BEST. They are warm and welcoming, willing to assist all while displaying a pleasant demeanor. It’s just what I needed to make my day extra special.

Jacob and RJ provided excellent and patient customer service while assisting my elderly mother file a claim for her phone that had catapulted off of my son's car. Would recommend this store to everyone for their high level of customer service and friendliness!
