You have workers in my neighborhood and they were putting your lines in, when they dug in my yard they messed my wifi up.. I have no wifi now and it's impossible to get someone on the phone.You've lost a potential customer, get better workers or fix my wifi you broke.

AT&T crew was nice enough to visit our neighborhood today to bury fiber optic cable; however, they broke a sprinkler pipe which the crew didn't mention. I have now spoken to 7 different reps who have been less than helpful. Less than pleased. Had considered switching Internet providers, but as helpful as everyone at AT&T has been so far I'm not impressed. Would recommend staying away.

Jonathan Peters was outstanding to work with. His knowledge, advice, attention to detail, and patience while assisting are, (in our opinion) attributes worthy of acknowledging. We hope that Jonathan's example for the treatment of clients is what we can expect from all who represent AT&T. Sheka was amazing! After two days of frustration talking with AT&T reps on my phone and getting nowhere, she accomplished everything in 30 minutes…she is efficient, proficient, courteous and patient. God bless her! Thank you Sheka!!!!

No one in this store is in any hurry to help their customers, including the managers. For over 45 minutes I listened to Lori talking to 2 people about jtb, toll roads, nothing about phones, while there were 3 people waiting. And on Saturday she did the same thing, only that time it was over an hour. And both of the managers on duty didn't come out from the back to help, even though people had been waiting for over 30 minutes.This process took way too long. So if you want to spend over 1.5 hrs for a phone then this place is for you.

Sheka is a GEM. She is so friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel at home. She helped me get through the insurance process for replacing my phone and she nailed it. Give that girl a raise, a paid vacation, AND a bonus. She rocks

What a joke. I went to this AT&T location after losing an iPhone. I was planning on paying off the balance on an older iPhone on the account and upgrading it to a new phone in order to replace the lost phone while the paid off phone would remain on the account with its current number, something that AT&T tech support confirmed was possible over the phone the day prior to my visit to this store. The customer service rep at the store who was wearing a Pizza Hut jacket for some reason was not only completely ignorant and unhelpful, but also very rude and interrupted during the conversation as she tried to explain that what I was asking for was not possible and that I would have to pay off the lost iPhone for $600 and add a new line on my account and get a new phone number in order to replace the lost phone. Utterly ridiculous. I'm willing to bet this woman is telling everyone who walks in there after losing a phone that they have to add a new line on their account and spend hundreds of dollars that they could avoid spending. What a lying scumbag. I left the store and went to another AT&T store in riverside Jacksonville and the staff were immediately helpful and willing to do exactly what I needed without any issues. Avoid this AT&T location on San Juan and university and this joke of a staff member I dealt with today. Amazing that this woman still has a job. Shame on AT&T for employing that moron.

Me and my mom walked in a establishment of AT&T, and it was a nice feeling. Tiffany and angel was very helpful. They made us feel welcome and answered all that questions that we had. The service was AA plus And from now on, that would be the AT&T store that we are visiting all the time.Keep up the good work, guys.

I went into store at University and SanJose today, Camilla & Tiffany were such a pleasure to deal with. I have a brain injury and often when I need assistance people don’t understand my situation and judge me. They were nothing but helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. You’re very lucky to have such great employees like Camilla and Tiffeney I would recommend anyone looking for a phone or an upgrade to go to the AT&T location at University and be sure to ask for them .They are totally ? Awesome
