Honestly this was the worst store interaction I’ve ever had. I was taken out of a plan for which I was a part of for years, and upsold a ridiculously expensive plan while being assured I was saving money. Then, when they noticed an employee set up my plan incorrectly (that was $300 MORE than I was paying), said I would have to wait for the credit (for his mistake) to be approved??? It’s been three weeks and counting and the store manager has no update. Scam.

We purchased a new 16 iPhone and was told we could get a tablet for $0.99 per month that really would be $20.99. An extra phone line was added that was not explained costing even more money. My bill was going up from $164 to over $260. The rep said, oh you got the "heartattack" bill. We decided not to keep the tablet and was charged a $55 restocking fee. We never opened it, it still had the seal and we returned it within 48 hours. The manager was no help. Very disappointed in the service received, she was not willing to refund the fee. Will never frequent this store again and recommend you don't either.

We bought a new phone on the 8th of this month and the rep went over the replacement coverage for it which was $17 a month and also discussed adding our other devices for $50 a month. We advised that we were only interested in covering the new phone for $17. However, when we received the email it showed $50 covering all our devices. Our new bill also included the monthly charge for $6 for the AT&T Next Up phone upgrade which was not discussed nor wanted. I’ve called the customer service line to have this corrected but be sure and look at your email/bill to make sure you’re not signed up for service you did not request when using this store. I have to now wait until the 23rd to remove the upgrade charge. Btw, this is not a corporate store.

Erika was very polite, understanding, and extremely helpful. She was very patient & even reviewed my plan to save us the most available. Even though we entered 15 minutes prior to closing, she took her time to give us THE BEST service I have ever received from AT&T hands down!!! Truly exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I had a black screened z galaxy fold and apparently on my account there wasn’t an email address attached so I was unable to get a PIN code reset. I which would enable me to make certain identity validated changes. Even though she wasn’t able to help me reset my phone she was resourceful by adding an additional sim to my phone. after that bc of the sun change still wasn’t able to get a pin thru. All in All she deserves five stars because she kept trying and was very diligent in her efforts. way to go AT&T. As far as At&T you deserve 1 star bc why isn’t there a back up protocol for these type of issues. You have better service for my rural home address if it wasn’t for that I would RUN back to Verizon.

I purchased a new phone in early September but it had to be ordered. I was told I would be given $350 for my old phone. I thought I would have to go into the store to pick up the new phone but the associate recommended they ship it to my home. I received the phone at the end of September. The shipping box only had the iPhone box and phone inside. I looked for info on how to trade in my old phone and there was nothing. I waited for communication on how to return the phone and after waiting a while decided to just go back to the store. They instructed me that I only had 30 days to bring my old phone in to the store so I get nothing. I am at day 44. There was never a communication from the store associate that I had 30 days to bring in the trade. If they ship the phone to my home why would there not be instructions to ship my trade in? I felt that was fairly shady business practice to a customer who has had a line for over 20 years. I therefore asked to pay off my new phone and cancel my service. They took payment for my new phone and told me I need to call customer service to cancel my plan. When I called to cancel my plan, Customer service apologized for the communication breakdown and told me they would extend the trade in period and to return to the store. The store then told me that I could not extend the trade in period because I paid off the phone. So they failed to communicate the 30 days, could not tell me where in writing I had 30 days, they did not tell me there was a chance the trade in period could be extended and finally that if I paid off my phone I could not process a trade in. But then again why would they since they told me I could not trade it in initially after the 30 days passed. Poor communication and poor understanding of corporate operations results in uno star.

This is my second time visiting this store and for each circumstance I have been directed by the grey shirt manager to some self help way to resolve my issue. He calls it thoughtful. I call it lazy. If i am taking the time out of my day to visit the establishment for assistance i should receive that directly. Its no point for the store visit if I am going to research the answer myself.
