I brought in a defective phone expecting a solution, but what I got instead was a masterclass in avoidance and apathy. The staff couldn't have been less interested if they tried—brushing me off like I was interrupting their break instead of being a paying customer. No effort to help, no accountability, just empty excuses and dismissive shrugs. If this is their idea of customer service, they might as well replace the staff with self-checkout machines. At least those won’t pretend you don’t exist.

Leilani is truly a superstar and an incredible asset to the AT&T team! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile and made us feel like her top priority. I came in to get a new phone, and she guided me through every step of the process with such expertise and patience. She took the time to explain all the options, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward.
What truly stood out was Leilani’s ability to make the entire experience enjoyable—not just for me, but for my whole family. She went out of her way to ensure we were all comfortable and even managed to keep us entertained while working efficiently to get everything set up. Her professionalism, kindness, and positive energy were unmatched, making what could have been a stressful experience absolutely delightful.

I came in to gain access to into my prepaid phone. I had already visited the River City location in Jacksonville and the person there tried but they weren't able to. When I came to the Regency location someone greeted me immediately it was Todd and he took my phone to the back to the repair person and asked me if I was okay with everything being reset and I stated to him yes once he troubleshooted to figure out how to restart my particular type phone because we didn't know the actual model. Somehow he was able to figure out what the model was and from there he reset it and help me get into my phone and stayed with me until I was able to unlock it using my Gmail accounts. I was then able to add minutes to my phone as well. I truly appreciate all of his help and give him five stars as well as that location and the other team members because they were friendly and seemed helpful as well
