The employees at the store are nice, it’s the corporation AT&T that’s run like USAID. Been an AT&T Fiber customer since moving, I had no complaints. My phone service was also fine with another company I have been with for years. Every day, multiple times a day AT&T emails me soliciting phone deals because I am such a valued customer. I decided to get a new phone, chose the offer through the app, ported my phone number, traded in my phone and checked out. I paid the taxes using my debit card, it was $90 and my phone was ready for pick up in 2 hours at the AT&T store. Great.
I got an email an hour later stating my order was cancelled, I figured I may have entered something wrong or something so I did it again, same thing happened so I called I was being helped and she said they just needed to verify my identity and my battery died on hold, I couldn’t get the same person on the line so I decided to just go to the AT&T store. I have now paid AT&T $90 twice so $180 was taken from my checking account. The lady at the store said no problem, they probably just need to see your license so she got my new phone got my transfer account and port pin from my old provider and called another agent who verified my identity then said I was declined for service. It makes absolutely zero sense because the phone is $1100, my trade in was $830 and AT&T took $180 from my account for the taxes so the balance on the phone would be less than $3-400 so I could have just paid for the phone at the store and AT&T would have a new phone customer for a long time. I spoke with another gentleman last night and he was fantastic, his manager was going to call me today and have it cleared up, but no call.
Now I have to dispute the charges because AT&T didn’t just put a hold on my account, the $90 charges cleared and posted to my account. I took off work, wasted 4-5 hours and lost money, wouldn’t recommend AT&T

Young lady Mecia was very helpful with my data transfer on my new phone and my wife plans on coming in next week to see her to purchase her new phone. Employees where nice and very welcoming I will be back with wifey to purchase new phone.

Ashley was extremely helpful and attentive last night as I went to upgrade my phone. She let me know she was available the following day. I arrived at this location and needed help again switching phone services from two phones, Ashley and Denet were extremely patient with me and my questions regarding the phone. These ladies will be the reason I come back to this location when I need help.

When I entered the ATT Store on Normandy Blvd I was pleasantly greeted at the door by the staff in the store . The energy in the store was amazing and they were very informative.Fred Jones helped me lower my bill while also getting me AirPods . Ashley , Jaclyn and Luis were very helpful and informative. The management was amazing as well and made sure I was taken care of.

Store use to be a great store but has gone done hill. Staff are not friendly and not very helpful. Staff are too busy with each other and involved in their conversations to pay attention to customers. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Definitely won't go in there again.
