The stores have great people to help you however the company needs some work. AT&T doesn’t have plans & phones that are a good fit for people that are disabled & on a fixed income nor do they have a good fit for older people on a fixed income. Shame on you AT&T!!!!

The wait at this facility is too long. Need more reps. Maybe schedule classes for those that aren't familiar with their phone operations instead of making everyone else wait. Had to wait for someone to make an AARP payment as well. Y'all doing too much of the wrong things. Ugh

This store is a third-party retailer. If you want to switch to another carrier and need to pay off your AT&T contract, you have to wait 72 hours. The employees in this store do not inform you of this. Be careful.

There was only one customer service rep when I visited your store on 103rd St. in Jacksonville, Florida, on 09/30/24. There was a sign in the door, during business hours, which said be back in 10-15 minutes. When you take your 30 minute lunch time to try and get something done at AT&T, oh well, there goes 10-15 minutes of it. There should never be ONLY ONE sales rep in any business, especially not a huge conglomerate like AT&T!

There 3 or 4 associates maybe on any day ,there always preoccupied with unnecessary issues. you come in the store 1 maybe on there phone,the other one plays music on Bluetooth professional must be implemented, dress code,attitudes leave at home your not the CE0,your just an employee.

Went in the other day to pay a phone bill in advance and got attitude from two uneducated ????ratchets ?? probably from Moncrief Village ? nowadays its the worst people usually hired for customer service and its uncalled for they already in AC barely doing anything the least they can do is service customers better its not my fault you got a middle school education or less ??♂️ start with a Dr.Seus book ? Mf ?
