Worst service Ever! I'll move my lines to another carrier if I can't locate a corporate store that cares about people and their time! Wasted almost an hour just trying to purchase a phone....I left after people behind me got service first.

Kelly was our store representative. First off, he wasn't understanding my needs. Then tried to discourage me to buy the watch I wanted to buy my 24 year old child.
Also, he deleted a $45 plan I had when Boone asked him to and changed it to the $50 one. Yes, it's only $5 difference and more benefits but no one asked him to changed it without my permission.
He semi belittled me because I rather pay my line off and add my watch than take advantage of the $100 off if I add a line. He don't know my financial situation.
Just a horrible experience overall!!

Terrible customer service if any at all. Went in as I just moved 8 lines over. Guy wasn’t even helpful and wanted to not listen. Had to go elsewhere to fix issue of an Actual AT&T line

Extremely understaffed location. I’ve never seen such a careless and demoralized staff. Literally zero customer service or experience. Not totally the staffs fault… that’s on ownership and management .

I hope to never have to go to the storefront again for help because the wait times are horrendous. We placed an online order for a store pick up two hours ahead of time and went to the store to pick it up. What was supposed to be a quick store pick up order turned into a 2 hour fiasco from Tay. Not only did she have a bad attitude with us from the beginning, she processed the order incorrectly resulting in us losing out on an online promotion to save money on our bill over the course of 2 years. I honestly feel she canceled the order purposefully to receive commission herself by processing it in store because the reason for the cancellation was “fraud” but really she had just processed it under the wrong person. Everyone else who was in the store before I arrived was also still there by the time I left. This store represents terrible customer service for the company.

I came in to upgrade my phone, called to ask a simple question and was further yelled at because I had a further inquiry. What I can say is that when I asked if I could speak to someone else, the representative kept talking over me, not allowing me to speak. Once I was put on a phone with another manager, I asked to go straight to the store manager to avoid any further confusion on the topic. From there, the store manager gave the general I'll have a talking with the sales representative, but chose to pursue no further action in making the situation right. It is extremely frustrating and time consuming to purchase a phone in general, but add on the rudeness that was portrayed to me over the phone was completely overstimulating. At this point I didn't even want the phone anymore, but it would have been an additional $55 to turn the phone back in to get my old phone back. I for sure recommend going to another store location. Perhaps there is too much going on at the Town Center location for adequate support.

Terrible service. I went there to upgrade my phone, and Alvin, the salesman, tried to talk me into filing a claim to repair my damaged phone. Long story short, I spent two hours trying to go through the process of filing a claim, and it turns out how I completed the claim they would not taken my phone in as a trade anyway. Then, The claim somehow got processed and they sent me a duplicate phone and charged me for it. The store manager was not helpful and lied when she said she could not make any changes to my AT&T account, even though it is a corporate store. Stay away from these jokers. They will only cause you more heartache and waste your time.

Avoid this place like the plague. Purchased a new phone and it started having problems two days later. Was told by ATT customer service that since it’s been less than the required time that it would be exchanged. The in store employee decided that she wouldn’t exchange it because it was deemed defective. Asked her to cancel my service and she said no…….I called Customer service after leaving and they are mailing me a new phone at no cost to me and said she absolutely is wrong. Also waited 29 minutes to even have someone come talk to me. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

After I went inside the store a couple of minutes went by, Dyron saw me and asked me if someone was helping me. Then he offered to help me with the questions that I had and he was very efficient explaining them to me and making the process of purchasing smooth.
