I have been upset with ATT for quite some years and Pat really knew his stuff. He was so kind and took the time to explain everything to us. Thank you Patrick for being an AMAZING human being!! Can't say enough about the employees of this location. Mr. Jessie assisted me with a phone issue of mine. His intellect and knowledge solved my issues in short order.
I was blown away by the level of customer service. (That seems to be absent these days)

You can afford more than one employee. People don't have all day to wait for one person.

Torrey at att store on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville, FL was an excellent gentleman and he was an excellent in customer service and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of cell phones and I will buy again and give plenty of referrals

Mistake! I used the AT&T store at Atlantic Blvd. and Kernan Blvd. to replace a broken phone. In the past this has always been a simple process, pick out a phone, pay for it in full that is all no change to my contract. This is not what this store did I was told I could not pay for the pohne in full they were required to give me a senior discount and my bill would go down five dollars and after I received my bill I could then come back and pay for my phone. He also said there is no advantage to paying for a phone in full its better to make payments that way you want have to spend so much at one time.
A few weeks go by I receive my new bill they have increased my monthly bill an additional two hundred dollars.
Carried my last month and my current bill back to this store to pay off my phone and have this over charge removed.
When my wife and arrived we were never referred to by our name. I was repeadly told you are just an old person like someone's grand pa. They refused to explain the additional charges. The store clerk said I have rights Boss, I don't have to change your bill if I don't want to and I'm not going to change your bill.
On the way out the door I ask him how many people you do this to and they leave AT&T and go to another phone company. He said that is what you need to do Boss.
I contacted AT&T talk to someone in Arkansas complete different attitude. Told him what I had went through at the Atlantic Blvd. and Kernan Blvd. AT&T store in Jacksonville.
He pulled up my account, I heard him say O My this is wrong they are going against AT&T's policy we take this seriously and will check in to this talk with the owner.
He then said if I Had a few minutes he would be glad to remove these over charges. He explained what he was removing, after he finished there had been over two hundred dollars in monthly charges removed. I said when I was at the AT&T store someone said that something was an automatic charges. He said all the charges he removed were added in that store.
I thanked him and told him how much I appreciated his time and help. I also said I have had this account since May of 1989, He sad that he could see I have had this a very long time. I also said In thirty-five years I have never had any type of complaints, and don't think I could find a better company than AT&T. He said he very much appreciated me telling him that. Don't waste you time in this store, call AT&T customer service and tell them your problem. This owner seems like he uses a form letter to reply to all these negative reviews. For every negative review there are probably at least fifty people that don't say a word, they just change companies. These employees don't care they get to keep their sales commissions and wait for there next person.

Customer service here is not what it once was. Four employees, helping people, then two finished, and the employees just sat there looking at me like I don't belong there. About 20 minutes after sitting, one employee came from the back and immediately headed to where I'm sitting and started helping me, I forgot his name or I would give a shout out to the one real employee.
Dec24th: Att please do tell me what you think that you can do to make amends when you treat a disabled veteran this way?

Worst experience ever buying a phone, got totally bushwhacked by the girl who added features without my consent she should be fired or put in jail for lying hopefully she has a flat tire and gets charged 500$ to change

Service was amazing. The men there show that chivalry isn’t dead they greeted me and opened the door for me. They are very knowledgeable and work as a team. I purchased a speaker and a new phone for the price of a grain of rice thank you AT&T !!
