Customer Service needs to be more engaging than it currently operates. I was there to upgrade to a new phone. And the wait was too long for a new phone activation.

I stood in there 20 min before I even got on the list. All the employees are just chilling in the back no sense of urgency 2.5 hours at ATT is ridiculous. Slowest ATT store in the country! I have been in there at least 4x. It’s a rat trap every time. Just slow service. Location at Town Center sold me an entire iPad in 22 min! Doesn’t matter how far another ATT store is from this one. GO TO ANOTHER ONE!! Mark my words.

I visited the store to resolve an issue with resetting my phone network and had a disappointing experience with Miguel, the representative. After waiting approximately 45 minutes for my turn, I was informed that I could not be assisted because I did not have a physical ID with me. While I understand the policy, the situation was handled poorly.
When I asked about the process for submitting a complaint, Miguel responded with a smirk, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I then requested to speak with the store manager, Carlos Flores, but was asked to wait again.
This review is not something I typically write, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I encourage anyone visiting this store to ensure they have their physical ID to avoid similar frustration. However, this experience has left me questioning whether I want to continue with AT&T as a service provider.

Service was horrible no greetings when u walk in u basically just sit your self an wait... then once they finally got to me employee was rude didn't listen to anything I said just basically rush me out the store didn't tell me have a nice day or nothing I never experience that with Att before I don't even want the service no more thinking of different companies as I type 😔☹️

10/15/2024 the store smells like mildew REALLY BAD and they have temporary AC units running. Walked in the door and didn’t even bother to check in, I felt sick and had to leave immediately. It’s a health hazard to the employees and customers. Shame on whoever is in charge here.

No greeting even though I was the only customer there. Alex was not friendly or helpful at all. He spent most time trying to turn off the TV. I was treated as though I didn’t matter at all by him. He didn’t interact with me at all.

I have been trying to get a technician to come to my house and hook up my internet I have a brand new internet box with a remote control and I don't know how to set it up and where I can use it on other TVs and my phone and no one helps me

My husband and I came in today to get his phone turned on and we waited for over a hour out of 5 employees no one even said welcome we will be with you soon or anything and when I tried to speak to the female employee she was like no I have to take care of someone else at the time.. I feel like that's not right if we was there before him. And so after waiting and waiting and know one even saying hi or anything we walked out and said you just lost a loyal customer. We will not be going back to this at&t ever again

Awesome service, the person who provided me my new iPhone 15 plus was very easy to talk to, I didn’t have to wait around for help. I walked out with my new iphone no problem. AT&T also offers benefits to active duty/vets which is always great.
