Ordered a phone, it had to get delivered. The manager Clarissa said she had to upgrade my plan I could call the next day to reverse that back, I could not because when I called *611 they said the phone had to be delivered. I ordered it on Friday the 15th, tried to call Monday to 611 to cancel the phone after reviews I changed ny mind. They could not cancel because how the store ordered it. I called the store the manager said I had to pick up the phone or I would be charged the full amount. They could not cancel the phone I had to pick it up and take it to a corporate location. I'm 7 months pregnant, went in with 4 kids and was lied to, taken advantage of and for a customer of 20 years, 7 lines on our plans I'm ready to go to another provider who care about their clients. Att does not. Now I have to drive 35 min to a corporate store to return something I NEVER SHOUKD OF BEEN FORCED to get. I was lied to an I will be switching all my lines comes the 1st.

had a very pleasant experience in this place with an employee who speaks Spanish, I asked her name because my husband and I felt very well taken care of and the best thing was she solved the problem we had with our account, Sorry for not putting her name but where I wrote it down, I can't find it, a thousand blessings for her. I rate her service a 10.

Never in my long time of working with AT&T have I had nearly the quality of customer service that was provided to me by Braden. Braden was beyond knowledgeable on every questions I asked him. He seemed genuinely happy to assist me and it would be an injustice if his hard work went unnoticed.

If I could give it zero I would I went there and told the guy I needed portable hotspot that ran a gaming system before I bought it he answered every phone call every text after I bought and it didn't work he wouldn't answer calls or texts and then when I said I was reporting him he sent me like 50 messages do not go here the guy here is hyped up on something don't know if it's drug or what but I spent mo ey on a router which I had to buy from att and I also got the business internet so it had faster speeds and my game still lags so I'm 500$ in the hole and still don't have internet and i still have to pay rhe 85 month do not shop at this att i cant speak for the other locations

Went here due to issues with getting my prepaid account refilled online. I was assisted by James C who immediately offered assistance as soon as I walked in. Fast and efficient, no wait time. Will be going here next time I need another refill.

I went to this store to change my number and upgrade my iPhone. I was told that I could not keep both numbers, because the old number I changed from was going to be canceled. Instead, the employee set up a whole new account, so that I ended up with two accounts. Unaware, I did not pay the bill for the "canceled" line, and I did not know to call customer service until their collections department called me asking for a balance of $384- the result of not paying the line I no longer had access to. I am infuriated and am now having to write a letter disputing this. Which I don't think will work. Switching providers ASAP.

Raphael was absolutely fantastic. Got me traded up to an S23 when my screen no longer worked. Will definitely come back.
