Yesterday we had a problem with our AT&T bill. It was the second time we had visited the store on San Jose Blvd. in Jacksonville, Fl. We were very seriously considering switching to a competitor because our problems were not resolved. Upon arriving we were greeted and impressed by the professionalism of your employee, Devon Patterson. He was so helpful in going over all of our questions and taking the time to resolve them. After he helped us I asked, “Are you the manager?” He answered, “No,” I said, “We’ll, you should be!” Our final decision was to stay with AT&T because of the help from Devon!

I screwed up the survey. Devon was great. I accidentally selected very dissatisfied instead of very satisfied. Only complaint is how expensive AT&T services are.

The guy helping us was an absolute moron. Sent us to another store who gave us the run around and told us it was more than the first guy told us it was going to be. No body at any of the stores knows anything.

I cannot give enough kudos Devon P. He was so knowledgeable, and patient, funny, easy to talk to, clear and concise in not only his delivery of the product, but of any other off-the-wall questions too. His rapport building skills are immaculate. You go in there not knowing anyone and you leave knowing you have someone in your corner. That is such a rare trait to have in the customer service/retail space and I couldn't have been any happier with his service. If you're coming to this AT&T, please see him. I'm sure the others are great, but Devon is the one I recommend.

We were extremely happy with our service. Devon went above to help make us happy with the new 16 Pro max and Iwatch 10. Plus the accessories we purchased. He was not pushy, but knew his product. He is great benefit to ATT.

Awful. Was mislead and lied to. Lost years of pictures (inxluding ones of sisyer who died) and told free upgrade $10 a month but NO. Had to buy battery charger...really? A phone with no charger? Person who helped me NOT helpful and impatient. Terrible experience all around. Never again.

I had a wonderful experience with Miss Kirian Matos, fortunately she spoke Spanish which is very important for me because I always work with the translator and she was very patient, kind and kind, she answered my questions and I was able to complete my application, 100% recommended

Terrible service, the guy who speaks Spanish, how arrogant he is, he is not suitable for working in customer service, it is obvious that he does not want to work.

Great service. The manager, Nestor Delgado went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue returning some devices. I can't thank him enough for the excellent customer service he provided. Thank you Nestor for all your help and for not giving up on getting me the help I needed. Thank you!

Upgraded to iPhone 15 at the San Jose store. Angel Torres greeted me at the door and did a fantastic job helping me figure out what I needed and transferring data from my old phone. Then, after he walked me to the door and I left the store, I returned moments later with another question. He took care of it immediately. A great experience!
