Coming to this store was my best experience in over a decade of having att. Jesse was extremely helpful, took his time explaining and comparing all of the products I was interested in. I was not rushed in anyway and I ended up with a great deal and all of the equipment I wanted. 10/10 would recommend coming to this store for your needs

Great customer service help me figure things out that the Walmart store close mess everything up the home office on south side by touchton Park is the best representative y'all have and they have very high hope on potential on helping people and customers and I appreciate you I am disabled and we take care of me very well

Long story short, Jacob is the man to go see for your at&t phone and accessories. Very knowledgeable and got my phone activated in no time. The Walmart employee struggled for 2-3 hours to activate it to no avail. Had to run a service call and came back to Walmart to a non activated phone. Went to at&t Southside and jacob knocked it out in less than ten minutes. Thanks brother!
I may even do the internet as mentioned by Jacob.

Jacob was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was able to assist me with purchasing a new phone, moving a line to a new plan, and even went over the current promotions and coverages that could be applied to my device. He also answered all of my questions and made sure to explain how I could purchase fiber internet in the future when I move to my new apartment next month.
I'm very happy with the customer service I received, and I will be back to this location with my AT&T needs in the future!
