I just walked in the store and nobody said anything to me when I came in. I walked out and I'm pretty sure they hadn't noticed me walking in. The store is very noisy and their floors were dirty.

Don't bother calling. Don't bother trying to get anything done. Just show up and see if they have what you want. If not they probably won't ever have it. If they tell you they're gonna hold something for you, they probably won't. Wasted my day off coming up here for what they told me they had just to walk out empty handed again.

Jonathan was beyond excellent at assisting us with the multiple items we came in for. He answered each question thoroughly and really made us feel we were getting the absolute best setup and pricing. He didn't try to sell us on products or services that we didn't want or need and I can't express how refreshing that is. Train everyone in the spirit of Jonathan!

I've been following Jonathan around to all his stores since he was at the Jax Beach store and set up my business account. He is amazing and has kept me with AT&T all these years. Went to his new store off Southside and he was off, probably should have called him first, but worked with a lady named Savannah who was absolutely delightful. She was able to help me with my AT&T business needs!

Had major issues with my AT&T bill and went into the store with much less than high hopes to getting the issues resolved. I worked with a gentleman named Nick and he really seemed to care about me, a customer of AT&T for over 10 years. He couldn't fix the issue himself but got me on the phone with Loyalty and helped with explaining the issue to them. They were able to fix everything I needed and he set me up with new internet. I recommend going to this store for anything you might need.

They are the worst, they don't serve you, you have to wait more than 3 hours for them to serve you and if you are Latin they don't want to serve you even more.son de lo peor, no te atienenden, debes de esperar mas de 3 horas para que te atiendan y si eres latino menos te quieren atender.

Monthy charge wasn't what they said it would be. When I went back, they said "Oh, it doesn't kick in for about 2 months after regular price". Wasn't told that initially so we will see. Also, had to have tech out due to only getting 3 mps. Tech was great and after he called in to his Techs, I got the speed I was paying for.

I came here a couple of weeks ago for some help. The store manager - Russell Johnson was very helpful. Super nice. I highly recommend this location and everyone needs to know that AT&T has a true asset with this store manager. Thanks for all of your help Russell.

4 months ago I want to upgrade and for some reason the lady help me pick up wrong number and I said is wrong so she told me there I need to wait until Monday because is Sunday is close main office so she can fix the problem I got back Monday and no found the phone and there help me to get new phone but there charge me for the phone I never received so 4 months past still no fix I'm paying for phone I do not have
