Please do not buy from these people unless you get a carfax first. They are deceiving because they do not put all the carfax info on their website. I and a friend of mines trusted their website too and neither of us were provided with all the carfax info on their website, and they did not give us a copy of the carfax with our paperwork. We found out that both our cars were in bad accidents. Please make sure you get a full copy of the carfax before signing anything. They purchase a lot of vehicles that's been in bad accidents and won't disclose that information to the sales person or you. Don't trust them or the 5 star review you are seeing. They have great sales people that has no idea about how deceiving they are. Plus the General Manager did nothing to help me or my friend!

Not a good experience. You don’t need to tell me “I’m next”, “soon”, or “2 more minutes they’re finishing up” Just be honest and realist with time frames. I don’t mind waiting to be help or my car to be delivered but what I do mind is being told it’s gonna soon and doesn’t. Just set realistic expectations. People don’t mind waiting just tell them for how long!

Terribly slow, like almost embarrassingly slow. I have never sat at a dealership for as long as I did here, and there was almost no customer service. Nobody checking to update me, asking if I need anything, nothing. I understand wanting to keep staff low to pay higher commissions and retain salespeople, but if it takes your financial manager over an hour to do one car deal, maybe it’s time to hire more employees. Save your time and just go to a big dealership like Ford, Chevy, etc.

The staff here is amazing, I am from out of state, a friend found the vehicle I was looking for, and sent it to me. I did everything over the internet, and communicated with the staff for a smooth transaction when I arrived. Great place.

I have to admit when I wrote my last review I was upset and angry about a situation that clearly could had been resolved if I would had express my concerns with management, so I am VERY SATISFIED with the outcome of the purchase of my new vehicle. Thanks to Ali the General Manager, he addressed my concerns and came up with a solution to my problem with my purchase!!! I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AUTO BOUTIQUE TO ANYONE WHISE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. Thank you😄😄😄

Mark S. and Max G. made my experience in buying a car EXACTLY what I needed it to be! They made what I always hate…burying a car from a dealership Easy, Streamlined Annnd on my time line! They were so respectful of my time and my situation and it was a pleasant maybe even FUN 🤩 experience!! Tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealer and the day of the test drive they say its in being serviced and tried to get me to drive one $22,000 more than the one I wanted, ill never go and spend money with these ppl

Auto Boutique gave me a great experience! From the first time I looked at the car I bought. They answered all my questions. Alex wrapped my sale up. A great guy as well as salesman! Picked me up at the airport and everything!

This is for the service department. Constant issues with not getting car fixed after having it for over a week. Not calling back to get car fixed after calling multiple times. Getting told messages will be put as a priority, and no call backs. Being told there was a diagnostic test performed, but can find the problem. Resetting a switch is not a fix.

My overall experience was pleasant. However, my one gripe that I have is that I do not appreciate being lied to. As it stands, auto boutique has not held up their end of the agreement as far as ordering me a new key for the vehicle I purchased. The car itself is fantastic, though while test driving I noticed the fob did not work. Pedro and another gentleman (forgot his name, but tall white gentleman that works with the finance team) offered to take a look at the key and replace the battery to see if that is the issue. They came back 5 minutes later and said the battery was not the issue, and that they will see to it that they order a new fob for the vehicle as it is the only key for the vehicle. This was not only a verbal agreement between us, but it was written into my paperwork that we signed. I have that, along with text messages between myself and Karly who texted me asking about my experience 2 days after purchasing the vehicle. Again, I inquired about my key, but gave leniency as it had only been 2 days. It is now over a month, and I am still without the key. I have called 3 times, and have been told each time that they will look into this and get back to me. They have yet to call back. I am not going to pay $400 for a new key on my end when there is written and verbal agreement that I would receive a new programmed key. This review will update to a 5 star once this has been resolved, but will stay as a one star until further notice. This is the second vehicle we purchased from Auto Boutique and we genuinely enjoyed both experiences until now. This has definitely put a damper on my views of them, and will stay that way until this is made right.
Update: called Dec 14 at 13:37, spoke to Charles. Charles stated he would speak to Aly (or Ali, but, hes a manager) but she did not pick up. I explained the situation and Charles stated he will get in contact with the Service department on Monday since they are closed today, as they would be the proper outreach to take care of this. Charles was very professional and empathetic about it, and was adamant about getting this taken care of. He took down the vehicle information to pass it on. I will wait to see if they do actually call back this time.
