I had very negative experience with Auto depot Inc that I feel compelled to share. Despite being shut down by the DMV, the owner, John, continues to sell vehicles without providing proper temporary plates or registrations. We were issued a vehicle with dealer plates, which is illegal, and he did not inform us of any issues with his licensing until after we had already paid him in cash.
This lack of transparency and disregard for legal protocols is incredibly concerning. The fact that it's a cash-only dealership makes it nearly impossible to resolve any disputes. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealer to stay far away. Protect yourself and your investment—look elsewhere for a reputable dealership.

2 months and still no title or registration sent. Can’t even drive the car. Because sunpass doesn’t work on paper tags.

The owner and salesmen were both very friendly and we worked out a good deal on a great car. Thanks again!

Car needed some work but John at Auto Depot resolve the issue to my satisfaction. It turned out we both initially missed a minor defect. NP. He took care of it.

I normally do not tell stories for reviews, but since there are so many 1 star reviews on here I thought I'd leave a realistic 4 star one. I purchased a 2007 BMW Z4 a few weeks ago from John, I knew it had some cosmetic issues, high mileage , but I was ok with that.. I called John to ask if he could wait just 2 extra days for the 250 deposit, and he gave me no problems with it. I live in NY and made it very clear I did not want to buy one from here due to road salt and snow, so a Florida car was perfect, but the shipping was $$$ ( my shipper) so I had No room for mechanical repairs at all. I trusted my gut, loved the cars look and it's 1 owner history. My shippers picked it up and took photos as usual practice before delivering it, they arrived 2 days later and immediately showed me the windshield was broken which was not disclosed to me. Now before you jump to conclusions, I did not notice it until it was pointed out because it was a thin line above my field of vision and John did sign off knowing they saw it and he did as well. I immediately text him at 930 pm and within a few mins he replied apologizing for not noticing and said he would pay to fix it. Other than that there were a few minor cosmetic issues I wasn't aware of, but nothing major or that hinders the cars ability to look, run and drive nice.. Within a week my mechanic and John worked out a price and John paid for the windshield to be repaired, he also overnighted me some documents NYS DMV required that I was unaware of. Something he did not have to do, most dealers would regular mail it making you wait. I have had HORRIBLE experiences with buying cars sight unseen or driving down south only to find a car ductaped ( yes that really happened) This was Not the case with John. He has been honest, willing to rectify and problems, responds quickly and the car was almost exactly as he said . My mechanic is a friend of many years and said for what I paid, it was a very good deal. I'm sorry for anyone having bad experiences, but for me, I have Nothing negative to say of John and would purchase from him again.

He was supposed to fix the oil leaks on a Corvette before I took delivery. I agreed to pay an extra $200 for him to have the oil leaks repaired. Some gaskets were replaced however the major oil leak, a rear main seal, was not fixed. The car is gushing oil and he refuses to fix it. His defense is, he can't afford to fix it because he'll lose money. The whole transaxle has to be removed in order to fix the engine oil leak. So far it's cost me over $300 for the parts and tooling to repair it myself. I was not smart because I didn't get it in writing. Once again, a used car dealer that cannot be trusted. Nice guy, no pressure but get everything in writing and don't accept delivery until everything promised is verified to be completed.

Do not trust this company. Seller is a thief. This guy goes by 99noreserve on ebay. I won a car on there and put a deposit on it. Seller was very pushy and stated I had to wire him money within 3 business days. I told him a would fly down and buy the car then. I was told I had to pay in full by 3 days. I did not like his attitude. Typically a car salesman is very kind but he was rude. Probably why he sells on Ebay. I requested to cancel my transaction. He refused and took my deposit. Ebay and Paypal will not help me get my money back. I left a negative feedback on his account. Ebay removed it for him so don't go by the feedback you see on his Ebay account. Sellers can get those removed apparently. If you give this guy money you will not get it back at all. You have been warned.
