They use a phone service to answer the phones which I’ve never heard of, asked to speak to sales manager phone service girl gives you the runaround won’t transfer or give name of person.
Finally after the 3rd call she connected me to a sales person! Asked for some information I wanted was told she’s working on it will and will get back with me.
Never heard from her again!!!
Something seems strange here. BBB won’t answer any questions about there business practices!

Bought a truck from these folks. I had to find my own financing from a credit union. No big deal. Blew an oil cooler on the third day. Asked if they could help, they asked me to drive it two hours back. I found out on my own it was an oil cooler, explained that, and sent receipts after explaining. They offered to pay and haven’t followed through. I know I bought a used truck, but why offer and not respond? No big deal, but be wary of service after the sale.
Edit: I also had no problem that the truck had no gas, the battery was done on the fob, and Ally was super sweet to try and offer to have me send her receipts. She was great, but again, no dice after the sale with Darby (best guess on her name)

I have been to most of the dealerships in Orlando and I still haven't received such wonderful service and transparency in any other place. Autoland will be where I buy every future car, I don't care that I have to drive 2 hours+, they are WORTH IT. Alori is AMAZING and I recommend it to every person, but especially to women looking to be taken seriously and respected.
