I left my car there late October and we’re going into early December and my car has been SITTING there I’ve called THREE times now and I get no response or a call back and the last time I did speak to them I was told I would hear from them that week guess what I never heard from them since just wish they were more truthful like I said my car has been sitting there for a month and I’ve been told one thing and they did another if it was an issue or if they were “busy” I would’ve took my car else where instead of it sitting there for a whole month it’s literally my only way of transportation and I’ve been sitting here waiting like a fool what’s even crazier is you look at the recent reviews just 6 days ago someone from out of town came to the shop and got their repairs the same day lol I don’t know why I’ve been waiting a month + but don’t worry whatever response they’ll give to Google they can tell me in person because I still have to get my car I have not heard back from anyone at automatts I’m sure they’ll still expect me to pay $100+ for “diagnosing” my car when it’s literally been sitting there 😂

I just want to say “Thank you”
My family and I stopped for gas in Jacksonville(on our way to Savannah Georgia, from West Palm) and noticed the brakes were starting to grind.
Ask one of the locals where I can find a mechanic that wouldn’t over charge me.
He gave AutoMatt’s. Not only did he charge a fair price to replace front discs and pads. He
Asked one of the mechanics to get right on it.
With in the hour and a fair price, we were back on the road and continuing our Thanksgiving trip.
Honest and caring. Would give a higher rating if that was possible.

My wife needed a new engine for her Chevy Equinox. Matt came highly recommended, and he did not let us down. Matt found an engine for a good price with low miles. Matt's transparency and honesty during this process was refreshing Great customer service and professionalism from start to finish. My wife and now take our vehicles to Automatts for all our vehicle Maintenace needs. Honest and Transparent mechanics are hard to find.

Dropped off our Honda civic in January and they were quick to fix the issue. Called last minute and dropped off our Subaru Crosstrek recently and they were helpful and communicative. Will be a returning customer.

They did do the job. Took a long time and They missed some stuff that they should have not missed considering how long they had it. Loose bolts , electrical connectors not plugged in etc. Not the end of the world but also not 5 star worthy. I think they were short handed so I want to give them the benefit of doubt.

I dropped off my car and rented a car for 4 days. I had two specific issues going on with my car, one was a phantom issue and the other was in every day issue with a possible ball bearing or joint. Neither of the issues were fixed, I was told that I couldn't find the phantom issue or the issue involving the back end tire joint, as I'm driving home I noticed my belt is squeaking loud and will not cease. I called to find out why didn't they tell me about that before I picked up the car up and there was no real explanation. They just agreed that it was time for my belt to be changed. I came here because I saw such great raving reviews, but now here I am adding the complete opposite. I wasted four days on a rental car to have absolutely nothing done to my actual car. Not even the issue that was obvious in front of their face. I felt looked over, dismissed, and insulted. All the things that most women feel when they deal with auto repair shops. And I most definitely didn't feel like my safety behind the wheel matteredEveryone has your own experience, and this was mine

Twice now I have called Matt with an emergency, and he was book solid! One time my 4x4 got stuck and I could t go anywhere.. this time my radiator had an issued. Both times I coulda been absolutely screwed, but instead of telling me no, that he was too busy…. HE SAID COME ON!! I had no ride, no other transportation, and live to far to take an Uber, and Matt saved me.Thank you and payment isn’t enough for what he did for me. I can not recommend him enough. You will not be sorry!!
