Came here for oil change with my own full synthetic oil about $25 from Walmart for a Toyota Corolla. Waited a little over 40mins. They charged $50 with $3* in tax for labor and an oil filter. Basically I ended up paying a little over $77 for an oil change, not sure if my gender was a factor to this over priced oil change. Better off going to Jiffylube couple of blocks away with 5-10 mins wait time if I’m going to pay that much for a Toyota Corolla oil change.

I went by on 9-19 for a 330pm appointment for my alignment & Marco was headed out. He didn't leave me empty handed he had one of his best hook me up think his name was Dave.. well only Brotha I saw there.. anyway took only 20 minutes to get me back on the road & the car drove smooth! this is the best shop in Jacksonville.

First of all, I have to say I’ve had a lot of TERRIBLE experiences with mechanics and car shops and this was a completely different experience than any before. My alternator blew and I needed to get my car in ASAP. they told me to bring it to them right away. I took it in there and they told me it might be done by the end of the day maybe tomorrow because they didn’t want to rush the process.when I tell I got a text 2 hours later saying my car was good to go and I can come pick it up, I was extremely surprised! The car runs smooth and the replaced alternator is doing its job.If I could give this place 10 stars I would and this shop deserves all the business in Jacksonville. I can’t say enough about how great their work is!

I was very satisfied with the service. I was in need of a tire pressure sensor. I wasn't sure which tire needed it. I had went to 3 different tire establishments prior and were given 3 different quotes concerning which sensor I needed. I am glad that I followed my mind and got a 4th diagnosis. AutoPro showed me the bad sensor and replaced it for me. My sensor light went off. The other tire shops tried to get me to get all sensors and tires when I didn't even need them. AutoPro was professional and reasonable on their prices. I will be going back for future business needed.

I having been having issues with my ac and someone recommended Nate at Auto Pro. He assisted me and was very helpful, professional and honest. Happy to say I have found a trusted mechanic in Jacksonville!

I went Saturday to the 10 minute oil place on Grove Park and beach Blvd for oil change,they said they couldn't do it because radiator hose or clap was to close for him to do it, I went to Auto pro and the guy did it, I've been there before also, guy was very nice, price was also better would definitely give him more business when needed

Nate and Marco did an excellent job refreshing the suspension and shocks on our 2008 jaguar, not just the job but the customer service, Nate went above and beyond to work with us beforehand sourcing parts and getting all of the extensive work done in a single day, understanding that it is currently our only running daily car. Dealerships and many shops do not hesitate to take advantage of you, treat you as disposable, and make the enthusiast hobby unaffordable to normal people, honest mechanics are very hard to find lately. Nate was fair with his assessment on what needed to be done, and what could wait. worked with me in sourcing the parts and willing to use the OE shock absorbers I was able to find from UK to rebuild the shocks. we will no doubt be back.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Came out to visit someone & my alternator went out so I looked in Facebook for a mechanic & came across Nate Tipton & he gave me a quite pretty fast & said he’d be able to finish my jeep within a day & even connected me with a tow truck to get my jeep there. Ended up finishing the jeep the same day I brought it in, highly recommend this shop to anyone from jax or even visiting jax with their own vehicles & an emergency situation happens to them like it did to me
