I visited multiple AutoZone locations searching for a specific car part, but none had it in stock. Two stores recommended the Edgewood location, saying they had the item. When I arrived at 7:52 PM, the store was already locked. I understand it was close to closing, but I only needed a moment to make my purchase. As I approached, an employee waved me off rudely, insisting they were closed—despite their store hours saying they were open. Rather than making any effort to assist, they turned me away.

My boyfriend came here today to get his battery changed, he met with a guy with an 1999 tattoo who was so rude to him. He had my boyfriend waiting for an 1 and 40 minutes to get his battery changed when he told him he’ll be right back. He then proceeded to get in his car and left leaving him clueless and having to go ask for some help. It was this 19 year old kid who came out to help him fix his battery and also gave him some car lessons. Thank God for employees like him. You are really appreciated 19 year old.

Had a brake concern and, Tron, within just 90 seconds was able to give me all the info I needed with the price for each part. Highly recommend going to him if your in need. Appreciate ya, bro.
My go to guy a few years back was Mike. He's gone now. This location has been the only Auto parts store I buy from for the last 6 1/2 years. These guys are good!!

Where do I start? The associate for this store, Dary R went way above and beyond her duties to assure I was taken care of. I purchased a Mass Air Flow Sensor and her knowledge and willingness to accommodate me was beyond impressive. I’m from Miami Florida where associates run. I’m pleased with the service she rendered.

Ms. Barbara was such a pleasant face seeing this morning smiling as she welcomed my husband and I. She was very helpful and took her time tending to our needs. Mr. Tom even assisted in putting the wiper blades on my suv for us. We will be back definitely be back. The customer service and time waiting was not long at all.

Customer service was pretty helpful when it came to testing my battery and determining it to be defective. But, when I went to check out they automatically rang up a "battery installation kit" I didn't ask for that I only realized when I got home wasn't just something they give away for free. It didn't even fit the car I was working on.
Never before have I had something just added to checkout that I (1) didn't ask for and (2) wasn't told about.
