Visited the store on Atlantic Blvd on 4/17, had a fog light that need to be replaced. Donald B. came out and changed it out for me. He was very pleasant and a huge help.

So again I usually do not do Google reviews but because this individual was so rude Donald I decided to I went into the story because I was on Merrill at that particular AutoZone but they did not have the battery I needed so they sent me to this AutoZone when I walked in he asked me how can he help me after me letting him know I'm in need of a battery he then asked me what was the battery number now mind you I know nothing about a battery number so I was confused he stated as soon as whoever I'm not sure who was there gets done doing whatever they're doing he can assist me okay not a problem I don't have a problem waiting so after a couple minutes I'm not sure what happened he stated he can't go outside can you tell me what's the number on the battery the number on the battery is 78 after stating that he said okay then he went to the back and he collects the battery I asked what is this cord fee on my receipt he stated that's for your old battery you wanted me to put your battery on I stated to him yes because my car will not start that battery is dead your other AutoZone jumped me to get me here he stated we're about to close I can't do that I proceeded to ask him what time do you guys close he stayed at 9:00pm I walked in at 7:00pm so I stated sir it's only 7:00 he stated yes but we don't have enough people for that now mind you there were two individuals at this location as well as it was two individual at Merrill location that I went to first he stated we don't have enough people so with that being said I was baffled and confused then he proceeds to say to me I can give you the tools and you can do it now keep in mind I am not a mechanic I know nothing about putting a battery in a car this was very rude and inconsiderate he needs to be trained all over again on customer service cuz he clearly does not have any he's very rude and dismissive for someone to be paying their money.

I was having difficulties with steering my car..and pulled into my neighborhood Auto Zone on a wing and prayer...and low and behold the team hooked me up. I purchased a bottle of Power Steering fluid and they educated me and assisted with pouring the fluid. Now I'm a happy camper again enjoying my 2001 Acura MDX..thanks to the team at store #0281 Atlantic Blvd?

The Autozone I run to! I can always count on the Commercial Manager James to be there and help me when needing something! This location is at least 30 minutes from me but I know I always have the help and support I need in order to get the job done! Thank you James!

Wow.I mean, I gotta tell you twoo 5 star reviews within 10 minutes at 2 different autozones.Mr. Travis Davis at this auto zone was outstanding spectacular.Blew my socks off man.I gotta tell you there training them right around here in jacksonville

Got pulled over by a cop because after I bought my car recently, the nub on the tag display area was broken so I had my tag displayed in the back window. The officer was nice and understanding and let me go with a warning. I was told to go to Autozone and they would be able to help me get it fixed. I went in and Dave made sure I received fast and friendly service. He was efficient with finding the right product and helping me fix the issue. Thank you Dave!

The team at the AutoZone on Atlantic was the most amazing group of people I have ever met. they were kind and intelligent and knew what they were talking about and when it came to my car I know I can go back and trust their word again they’re an amazing team. You guys need to go shop there.
