I’ve had nothing but problems out of this location most recent issue I bought 2 new cv axels from this location when I picked them up I noticed one box was open I thought no big deal when I got home something didn’t look right I called checked part numbers they where correct on the box so I went and installed both one worked great then the second one went into the truck but moments after pulling out of my driveway it kept falling out I took my truck to the shop I thought I was doing something wrong well come to find out they sold me the wrong part some how it must of got swapped out into wrong box so not only did I end up paying double the price taking it to shop but when I tried to return my the incorrect part this location sold me they refused to take the return basically treated me like I was stealing or trying to pull something over on them I’ve spent thousands at auto zone because I usually like the customer service I go no where else and now I probably will never return I’ll find a new store …. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!

The lady's the work on Sundays around 3 pm are very rude did not want to help me kept putting me on hold and hanging up on me very disappointed with this store I will no long shop there or any auto zone because of them I do a lot of business with auto zone threw my Comercial account but not any more thanks to those lady's need to do better auto zone

Literally the rudest manager here, her attitude is disgusting. I walked out of the store because of how she acted when I was trying to give her my information. Do better.

this crew here is horrible! the short lady was rude as hell. and got mad at me because SHE made a mistake. all the females except for one girl was ok. but the rest of the women here are really snobby. idk if their cycles were on or what but this store aint it. too much estrogen or sumn

Stop by Auto Zone on Cassat Ave last night to buy a battery.
Sheria did an outstanding job of making sure i bought the correct battery and installed it for me. Great service. I will now only buy from Auto Zone on Cassat Ave. Thank you again Sheria.!!!!!
