Asked if there were any socket wrenches to borrow/rent/loan out, and they wouldn’t give me the time of day, even though they have a Loan-A-Tool program posted in the store, practically nationwide. I simply needed a specific size to unscrew 3 bolts and they just said they couldn’t help me

Very rude employees who don't care about getting you the product you need, they only care about getting you an inaccurate product so they can go back to not doing their job. Maybe stop having a twenty minute conversation with your friends in the store and actually pay attention to the person trying to buy something.

Placed order online for 1 hour pickup of a water pump and it was correct and fairly priced. Only took one star away because I never received the call/text/email that my order was ready. After debating about making the call-I did call the store after the 2 hour mark. They told me I could come pick the order up, it’s ready and I should have revived a notification. Not a big deal, I’ll shop there again.

Called to ask if they had a specific car wash / wax. Figured I'd call and ask instead of driving to the store. This is a basic spray, Walmart usu5evem carries it. I was told to just come in and look for it. I don't understand what's do hard, why can't you put me on hold and go see if you stock it? I mean that is flat out sorry and lazy.

Worst location to go at night. They move so slow like they don't wanna work. Employees doesn't even know how to cut 2 ft fuel hose and price it. SMH everyone is parts guy these days they don't know anything about parts or cars.

Who manages this location? I asked the skinny employee behind the counter if they had these 2 items in stock and he acted like it was an inconvenience and when the computer showed it was in stock he was all agitated that he had to go in the back to get them. He brought back one of the items and said the other was in the back room and couldn’t leave the front to get it because he’s the only one there. Then instead of checking me out for the items I had he decided to help the guy behind me so I just moved over to the self check out so I can leave.

The kid working there greets me with a "boo" while I'm looking at an item, I'm not kidding. After being sent to this location from another to pick up coolant that says they have online, the person tells me oh that sucks looks like the shelf is empty. I ask him to check the inventory as online it says they have six on hand. He comes back 20 seconds later, as he's walking away from me he tells me he can't find it. Honestly the two guys working there tonight are legitimately useless. I got zero help what so ever after being sent from store to store. I'll start going to advanced auto or something, avoid this location at all costs, incredibly unprofessional.

NO way am I going to give you my business back. Or the Opportunity to do so. You have forever ruined the trust between customer and Brand. At no point would I take this anyone else in my life let alone from a company that does not value me or my family. There is no regain trust or business. Especially when your company is attempting to ruin the dichotomy( if I'm using that word correctly) of my household.

A staff member “Mike” decided to bad mouth me to my wife after I left for work while she got her battery replaced. Admittedly I was agitated . After was venting to my wife about my job. But I was nothing but respectful to the employees. Every time I came here over the past 3 years. I do not need an employee bad mouthing me to my wife. I did not say anything to him or around him about my job. And didn’t hear what I was saying about my situation. so he has no right to make comments on my personal life. And Is not a marriage counselor. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Come Wednesday “We had to cancel that order, sorry we didn’t tell you. The new order will be here Friday”.
Come Saturday, “The order is still in transit, it will be here sometime today”.
Now “It will be here Tomorrow”

Anna M.was very helpful... We were returning a part that had been, previously, searched for the wrong way in the system. She
did it correctly with car VIN and immediately found appropiate part.
Employees like her should be managers and/or supervisors.
